14 Positive User Reviews for Myio

Great

It is a very good app! Amazing I love it!

Helps with accessing what I need

This app has been solid for therapy and storage of my clinical documents. Accessing this site has been a breeze. I appreciate the magic email link which makes it easier to login. Solid app.

Ok

You have to log in via an email every single time it’s so annoying but the platform itself is good

Easy to use

Handle everything on here

Cohesive

Hopefully this has standing power so it’s not “the next new app” but the powerhouse with standing power

Forms

Easy to follow … just a lot of them

Appointments/payments

Super easy to use

Best telehealth app

The MYIO portal has been a life changer for those times Ive not been able to make the trip to be in person and has enabled me to stay connected and in therapy for the last three years. It is super easy to use if you don’t remember your password you can quickly get a link sent to your email and sign into your session or see what upcoming sessions you have as well as paperwork you may need to sign. Thanks to MYIO team for keeping running smoothly!

App works great

Not sure what’s up with the bad reviews because I downloaded the app and made my account and had my dash board within minutes and no issues. It’s very streamlined and easy to use, no bugs or crashes experienced. Solid app, deserves more recognition.

5 Negative User Reviews for Myio

Why can’t I save my PASSWORD?!

This is the most annoying thing. I can have NO password, and have the app send a link to my email in order to open it (NOT convenient), OR, I can choose a password- but there’s no auto save option for the password, and there’s no way to know the name of the portal, so my I can’t even trick my iPhone into saving it. So I have to save it in my notes. AGAIN, not convenient. What’s the deal with that?

Can’t open support ticket

Support tickets are for practitioners, not patients. I have two practitioners that use MYIO and the app doesn’t have a way to switch between them. How do I do that?

Updates are annoying.

Every time I try to log in I’m forced to update. It’s inconvenience

Crashes

Everytime I try to login in with my correct information and my provider gives me a temp password it says it’s wrong and locks my account. I rely on this app, please make it better

white screen issue

so i keep getting just a white screen after the last update
