Easy way to pay for gas and store items with your phone

The card is awesome calling customer service at the gas station because something wasn’t working was horrible. The woman. Spoke to me like I was stupid like literally asked me. You don’t remember your pin. I said I had to wait for everything to go through the bank so yeah, I’m not sure which one it is. literally It was just really bad customer service on the phone. Everything else was a good experience. I’m glad the cards activated. I never want to call customer service

While the convenience of the card is nice the rest of the experience in using this card is just simply aggravating. For as many times as i’ve used my card, i have yet to see ANY rewards post to my account. Hackers are constantly changing my password which i am sometimes successful in resetting it. I cannot see any of my transactions nor rewards, none!🤷🏻‍♂️….and I’m a computer geek🤷🏻‍♂️

Forgot my Irving pay card at the house but was able to fill up my tank through the app. It was an effortless process and really saved the day.

It was very easy to set up. Only had one problem, one time where it did not recognize my gas station. That was easy to fix. The ease of using the app is really good.

I keep this app on my phone, but l don’t really have as much use for it as I’d like. I’d recommend offering “truck stop” and “showers” as filters in the search results. As the only location I’m aware of that offers these is the one in Houlton. Thank you!

Using I one debit pay is pretty cool. However, since we can’t add it to Apple Pay is there a way you can create a widget so that we can just tap it and make it faster to pay?

I had the Irving card and it was something my husband and I shared, it was cracking, not working at times. This makes it so much easier!! We both have the app and find it was easier to pay at the pump by using the app.

It works pretty well. Other than a recent glitch with ascertaining my location, which has since rectified itself, it has performed adequately.

I have recently started using the mobile pay at pump feature. What a great benefit! I can sit in my vehicle, out of the weather, and have the pump ready to go by the time I get to it. I have only once had any issue at all, the app didn’t want to locate me correctly, or at all actually, but I signed out and signed in again, and it worked okay. Overall, very convenient in these Maine winters.

Great app , very convenient. A little wonky at times. Can't really blame Irving for regional internet/cellphone issues. Bathrooms are spotless. Great variety of drinks and food options.

So easy to pay with my phone at the pump. No need to hunt for my Irving card just open the app put in pump number and hit pay. Love it

I use mobile pay every time I get gas it is most convenient. Just would like if all Irving gas stations would offer mobile pay.

Initially finding locations on the app was a problem . So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it . Problem solved . I like the security with using the app as opposed to the card . I said about time because other gas stations had app to pump usage previously. Glad Irving does now .

I used the pay function at the pump once and I was able to complete the transaction. I tried using it a few weeks later and the app asked me to sign in and enter my password. As I do not remember all of my passwords and did not have it with me, I just gave up. Should be simpler.

Buy my gas, lottery and soda here at the Circle K in Rutland Vermont. Very nice staff and friendly people. Has Post Office too!

It’s good when it works but lately I’ve been saying that pumps are unavailable. Then I was locked out of buying gas for 24 hours. This is insane !

As of the update I downloaded 8/23/24, the app is no longer showing nearby stations, even though I know there is one 8 miles away. I don’t know how close I have to be for a station to show but I guess if I’m in an unfamiliar area, Irving would prefer I use the first station I find vs letting me know about one of their stations that might be a little further but I would have driven to. A very disappointing “upgrade”
