MyMercy and My primary care and specialist doctors, nurses and staff are amazing. Dr Anand, Dr Gibbons offices and other specialists that are able to be messaged through MYmercy are all great, attentive, caring and very responsive to my medical needs.

I have a difficult time getting anyone to respond to messages and issues. It seems that most of the people that work there just don’t care about patient issues.

Great app to use. Very easy flow even for older people.

I would rate Dr. Manchanda, a five star rating in every category. She exceeds my highest expectation of neurological concerns.

I love My Mercy , it makes life a lot easier with all the support they provide, especially when heath problems become more of a part of life as you reach your golden years!

Really love being able to view my lab results so quickly after the blood draw!!

I would like a way to edit that I had a colonoscopy. I would also like to edit my allergies.

Only problem is that there is SO much communication it’s almost a full time job to keep up.

Mercy has been phenomenal!! All of our Specialists have been top notch. All of our procedures, Labs and MRI’s went well. Our Primary Physician is top notch!!! Couldn’t ask for a better Health Care situation! Major bonus for us is that we are Catholic, and their motto falls directly in line with our core beliefs!

We have the best doctors

I am pleased with how easy it is to navigate the information in the new Mercy app. I can access my information and see my lab results even in the INTEGRIS system without stress .

I use the app several times weekly to make appointments, manage medications, message providers and get test results. It works wonderfully for all those, in one app. 😁

I’ve never experienced being able to communicate with my healthcare providers so quickly. It works seamlessly with all my providers. Thanks Mercy!

I absolutely love the idea of this app, however I’ve had problem after problem logging in and getting into the correct facility. The app keeps saying it needs an update but there isn’t one available and is up to date.. frustrating when your results are in and you can’t see them.

Very informative and shows everything easily. My only complaint is that I can’t use my HSA account to pay online. :(

I absolutely love this app! I just moved here from Oregon and I wish every doctors office had an app like this… It makes things so much smoother! And on top of that, I absolutely love our family doctor Dr. Benjamin Williams he really is amazing… Very caring he takes time to listen, and you don’t feel rushed! Him and his nurses are amazing!

Using MyMercy is such a time saver for my husband and me as patients as well as the doctors we use to keep us healthy, and helps them interact to avoid duplicating services such as blood testing, X-rays, etc. Asking a medical question, making or changing an appointment, inquiring about side effects of new medicines, etc is so much faster than holding on the phone or making multiple calls. We definitely recommend using this app, it’s a wonderful tool to help you manage your healthcare.

I honestly love this app, I can check when my next appointment is, I can also check my results on whatever I needed done and etc. and this apps makes everything a whole lot easier I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who goes to mercy for any assistance or check ups or etc!

Still some rough issues, but out of all the ideas for health. It’s the best out there hands down and super proud to use them. Not super simple for all ages, but the right amount of practice or possibly some training videos or helpful video guide to use certain key points for the older generation would possibly make this even better. But I love the connectivity it has for all my stuff health wise.

The best thing since sliced bread, I love how you can schedule, check in, and talk to your doctor on here. Very convenient all this at the tip of your fingers

So very convenient and effective, cuts out the wait time for simple or concerning questions that you may have for your doctor that can’t wait until appointment. Usual response time is as fast as a couple hours to 24hrs I really love this app and find it so very helpful and informative. Literally a streamline from you to your provider great job Mercy!

MyMercy app is a great way to access medical records and communicate with providers. Feeling like I have it together!

I love being able to pay bills, make appointments and request refills whenever it is convenient for me. Love the system and especially like having access to my medical records, all in one place.

Not easy to use

It is very ineffective. Allows the office of Dr to send patients in a cycle of no help and no way to know who is really responding. Good idea but not good in practice.
