I’ve had this app and hearing aids for a month. I have an iPhone 16 Pro and up to date software. Phonak constantly changes volume and program and constantly drops hearing aids to restart. We are talking minute by minute it does this. I have the latest Phonak app. Any text message or reception or action on my phone also changes volume and program. This is a horrible app to go with horrible hearing aids. A lot of money for something so undependable.

After having problems with pairing my hearing aids, I heard back from the developer and following his instructions I was able to pair BOTH of my hearing aids the first time! Thanks for the help.

I used to be able to use the outside noise to shut off on a plane and in the gym, but it no longer works which is very discouraging! Your answer is exactly what I have been doing! It goes back on as soon as I go to any other app that I want outside noise gone!

The app works fine but it drains the battery on my iPhone. Turned off background refresh, maybe that will help.

How to get it back when it was new?

I’ve had this app for my new Infinio Audeo I90’s for two weeks. Multiple times a day it crashes my hearing aids when I attempt to change to a custom program. Yes, it’s a complete crash and restart. My aids turn off and back on and reconnect. It happens randomly, so there are times when it works and times when it causes a crash. I believe it is the app because I can change programs using the hearing aid buttons without issue. Why does this matter? I’ll be starting a meeting and changing programs

The hearing aids I got do their job, but the app doesn’t do a whole lot to improve the experience. The volume control and custom settings don’t do much to change how they work. I updated the firmware at my doctor and now the Bluetooth connection is all wacky and connects whenever it likes. I deleted the app just for my own sanity.

Volume control does next to nothing. Every morning I have to fight it to control my hearing aides. It will say it’s connected to both, but when I try to adjust a setting it disconnects. I waste about five minutes a day on trying to make the app work right.

i’m having a hard time getting a word from a person talking in front when others sounds are noisy

When I am on WiFi, app and hearing aids connects fine. On 5G, I have to go into my android bluetooth settings and force it to reconnect. Why did it disconnect? It is not staying connected consistently since the last update.
