When are we getting access back to the “service” part of the app. I like to see what my speed is running at in comparison to what it should be. Also, it lets us know if they’re are any problems on yours or our side of things. Would help your customers better understanding where issues are coming from rather than bombarding the phone lines all day.

I can’t do anything without the service option. Literally been months.

Sometimes you can’t see the apps, read or type in a search because the screen is so pixelated. It happens often I suggest fixing this instead of offering an app that isn’t doing anything. The Sparklight app is not great. It’s is just something that takes up space on my iPad. I never use it.

It’s not the service im upset about . It’s the fact Sparklight updated their app months ago and took away some key features that has been “coming soon “ for months now as well. It’s very inconvenient, even with me updating my app I was assuming it would have went back the way it was previously.
