Entering an address is good but, when you need to pick from address choices the app gives you, the text on those are small even when you set large text for the app at the max size. I’m grateful that at least manually entering an address is readable. Thanks to a recent update.

Our bus driver is always thoughtful and helpful. He’s a quiet man who drives well and looks out for his riders. I appreciate that. (Lean body build, young, long dreds. Good at his job, most appreciated.)

I have reviewed this app some years ago, and I knew that this app had great potential. At the time the app was horrible because it had a lot of glitches, causing the app to force close! Some odd years later this app is everything! As a legally blind person, this app is fully functional for me and helps me navigate where I am, where I’d like to go, and how to get there! The app provides walking directions on how to get to the bus route as well as fully functional maps that you can zoom in on and

90% accurate where bus is at sometimes doesn’t upload realtime bus location but pretty accurate big help
Great just never accurate
This app is great and the bus icons are generally where the bus actually is but I can’t say how many times I’ve looked at an “estimated time of arrival” and then waited an additional 15 minutes, would just not taken the bus if I knew
On time
I take the bus everyday and this app has help me so much. I can be on time I just check when my bus is coming. I can also plan different ways to get to my destination

Needs update
The app shows times that are not consistent with the routes, specifically the 10, and the buses are sometimes 20-40 minutes late. I have to estimate what time I should be at the stop based on when the bus leaves each terminal. I hope it will be updated soon, especially considering the times for routes have changed.
app glitch
The bus app stops working after a certain amount of hours and I’ve been waiting for the bus for an hour to not see a bus come by
