Really pretty great so far. It’s really awesome that a random NPC event will roll from your list of characters. Minor complaint (not enough to drop a star) is that when rolling on a list you can roll an “empty” entry that has the text “Choose”. This means getting a random event that has to do with a NPC for example may just say Choose. And you would need to navigate over to the lists to reroll.

It can slow you down having all the papers and book flipping to do while playing solo. This app has been a great time saver and gets you more engaged in the present story than book keeping. Great update from the old version. With more planned features coming. Can’t recommend it enough. Keep up the energy.

It has all the tools I would want to run my game without overexplaining or making it too complex. The app is stable, it looks nice, and it performs as it ought. A really easy buy at $0.99. Thank you for not making it a subscription!

After the update I cannot create new journals I get an error “null check operator used as null vale” I have reinstalled, rebooted and updated iOS. Great app when it worked.

Having read the original and second edition books for the Mythic system and I have to say this is the definitive way to experience it. Using this and Obsidian for note taking pretty much allows for soloing any TTRPG. Really hoping that we can get additional name generators akin to the ones present for Planets and Stars but for other things like magical objects, names for spells, and similar fantastical aspects.

I just got this about an hour ago and had to come back to write a review. Im kind of struggling on how to play solo and I think this is going to make it really cool fast and fun. Also I can say no doubt I’ll use this for DM as well for random sparks for npcs plot twists monster tweaks. There’s a lot here well worth the 2.99!!

This app is tons of fun for using gme on the go! However there are a couple issues. First: whenever I bring up the “i” menu it immediately automatically shuts the window inhumanly fast before I can read the text. Secondly: despite having purchased premium and having attempted to use the restore purchases option, it still says that the premium tables are still locked and unaccessible. Other than that? It’s lovely.

I'm so thrilled this exists in app form. I have a 2 hour commute daily (crowded train) and my games have been flourishing with that extra time, and I am flourishing as a result. Thank you Tana and team! One thing I'd love to see is the option to paste Adventure Log results to Scenes in reverse order, so that they're readable from top to bottom + more usable as a journal. This app was great for on the go rpg, but now whenever I open it, I get stuck on the opening screen. Can’t click on anything anymore, nothing loads. I’m on iPad.
