What is up with your app not working for a while , just goes blank when you try to open it.

Please provide an English MyTIM. Many of us use Tim so it wold be helpful to have a change language to English. Please
The app doesn’t work anymore
When do you foresee the app working again ? You answered that you are working on it more than two months ago but today you are still answering the same thing. Please let me know when i can use the app again.
Just one change.
Just need a English version. I purchased a WiFi hotspot in Italy in may to have service on my phone which was great, but I couldn’t understand the settings. All I needed was to just turn it on and it worked but still. I have a feeling it’s useless in the future if I cant understand the language the next time I travel and want to add service.

Still can’t pay
L’interfaccia è decisamente migliorata. Purtroppo non riesco a pagare la bolletta ne con Carta N26, ne PostPay evolution, ne Visa. Tutte e tre danno errore. L’unico modo che funziona è PayPal.
Diversity
The apps massive update is really nice, smooth and easy to navigate... HOWEVER, you should also have a choice for different languages since all your customers do not only speak Italian. At least an English option would be nice.

It has improved.
It has improved compare to its previous version. The app still has intermittent issue..sometimes it doesn’t work. Suggest having other languages ie English, Spanish etc...
