No Customer Service

I use this app every day. I plot dozens of points which are my leads in order to make my sales appointments. There have been several glitches that I have emailed to the contact information given in the app and yet I get no response. Yeah, I'm frustrated too!!

Step backward

Two years ago I wrote that an update then was horrible: it was eventually fixed. There was an update today, snd it’s a repeat of two years ago. The app crashes on start up. Back into the trash it goes. The one thing you can depend on, is not getting support from the programmers

Good but

This is the best route planning app I've found but the two stars are due to it being very tedious. It should be so difficult to import a file either. Just let it open from where I got it (email). Creating a new trip just to import one. Hmmm
