45 Positive User Reviews for MyZio

Old log from 2022.

The app is not allowing me to record current activity from 2026. The app did not automatically update nor did it provide instructions to update even though I added the monitor serial number

Impatient patient

Your website is difficult to navigate As an example what title to use above???

OK, but…

The efforts made to simplify the app and process and product have made it so simple that it doesn’t fit for certain circumstances. What I mean is, I’ve had several accidental button pushes and there really is no good provision for that. The button actually pushes too easy. I wish it was more centered in the unit and you had to just push a small spot That’s the size of finger and it must be bigger than that the way it keeps getting pushed by accident.

Ease of wearing

Following directions made it easy to attach and I found that I could easily forget about it.

Easy peasy

Simple to use. Set up was easy. Very convenient

So easy to use!

I never wanted to try a heart monitor in the past because of the complicity. But it’s really not very big and the app makes it super easy to record any incidents. I would highly recommend trying this if you’re on the fence.

Excellent

I have loved it so far. It doesn’t bother me at all.

MyZio Is great…

Much easier to keep track of symptoms as long as you do not let your phone die 🤦‍♀️

Need to be able to adjust day duration

My doctor instructed me to wear the Zio device for 7 days, but the app seems to default it to 14 days (unless I missed something?)

I like the app not that I have a choice

So the app is good. It needs a watch app. It would be nice to be able to do a verbal thing log to my AI also a before action not just a doing such as I was sitting for the last hour but started walking The lack of verbal is very frustrating for someone who has dyslexia also when you’re moving around and are having heart issues usually you don’t really have time to do a log in a verbal log nice

Possibly life saving info

Device is simple to use. I had one 8 months ago and it caught a problem no one was worried about before. I am wearing one now to check rhythm after a ventricular ablation. I think this is my fourth time wearing one. May try golf right before it has to come off anyways.

Easy to use

I like being able to journal on my phone!

My bios

Not sure what exactly this does

Va vet

Great product helps you keep logs and reports problems your experiences. And very easy to use.

why?????

it keeps signing me out randomly it’s annoying ngl

Zio Heart Monitor

I was prescribed to wear this monitor for 7 days. It was easy to put on and care for. Straight-forward instructions for when having symptoms and the logging process; in the booklet and in the app. Taking the monitor off and returning instructions were also easy. Now, we wait! Would definitely recommend this product to others. ~ JH

Works fine but doesn’t save login

This app is a better alternative for me vs writing in a log booklet. However, it would be so much better if it retained the login and password. The last thing I want to deal with, after potentially experiencing a cardio symptom, is logging into an app if it was already closed.

Could Improve

Tracking symptoms is easy but I wish I could write more notes about what I’m feeling. I also hate logging in so often on phone. I don’t prefer giving my facial recognition to the company as the alternative.

Symptom reporting is too limited.

There’s no way to report the onset and possible end on a symptom report. For example I can tell when afib starts within a minute or two. The symptom report asks how long the symptoms last before the afib ends. Not a good way to report something meaningful.

App makes it easy

This app makes everything so easy. I struggled to remember to put things down in my book, now I can just grab my phone.

This app is great

I’ve used this app for two days and it hasn’t disappointment me, crashed on me, made me frustrated, or wrongfully tracked anything. But I wish there was an app for tracking symptoms on my watch, because that’s where I go to track my hear rate. Would love to have both there too. Android and Apple OS 🙌🏼

Keyboard Blocking Menu

I could not clear the keyboard from the screen in order to log symptoms because the menu is along the bottom of the screen. Menu items should drop-down from a pancake stack or an ellipsis in an upper corner.

Glue not sticking

The glue is not sticking.

Great

This is a great app. It is convenient. I don’t have to keep a pen and paper with me. App needs more selections of symptoms like pain in chest, pain in arm, numbness or tingling in face.

Good product!

Easy to follow instructions and easy to use. Highly recommended! I’m now about half way thru the 14 days. We can do this!

So much bettet

So much better and more comfortable than old style monitors

Excellent instructions

As a second time user I was more confident applying the Zio than I was the first time. I had learned that as long as one follows the instructions carefully the Zio remains firmly attached and I had also learned that wearing a sports bra worked well - no concern about straps pushing on edge of the monitor.

Zio

Had for a day. Went thru this once before. The log was a pain. My iPhone is wonderful. The app is amazing. 5 stars

No live read

What good is it other to rule something out? If I have a problem it wil be 14 plus days until I find out

Great technology

So much easier just grabbing your phone which is always with a person anyways and filling out when you feel something. Much better than writing things down all the time.

On vacation

The adhesive is itchy at times, but tolerable. Most importantly, about the monitor, is that it gave me an immediate sense of comfort, knowing that I wouldn’t be alone if symptoms gave me concern during my short vacation.

How do I know it’s working

It took fordver for for the light to come on after several button pushes. Why doesn’t the app show your heartbeat so you know it’s connected right? And does it work without service? I have a very weak connection and my service does not always work. Is it even worth having it on if it needs strong cell service?

Necessary test

This thing came loose while taking a shower on one side. I hope it’s recording all of these atrial fib sessions. It’s been on for a week. This is the first time I’ve had to use it.

Makes monitoring and recording SO easy!

I was a nurse back in the olden days when patients had to wear great big monitors with a million wires getting caught in everything. Then they had to find a pencil and record their symptoms if they were feeling them. This is so much easier! All I have to do is poke the button on my chest and then open the app on my phone to record things so quickly and easily! I'm sure I am doing a better job of monitoring and recording than I would if I had to hand write it in a book.

Easy App

The app is easy to log into and easy to work. The monitor doesn’t bother me at all in my daily activities. It did mention to use the adhesive remover when I take it off and there wasn’t one in the box. Overall a very convenient product.

Easy to use

I never thought that a two week heart monitor would be so easy to wear and use. I like the app where I can login my symptoms and the little button you push on the monitor when you have symptoms. So far, it has been really very simple and easy to use.

App makes for big improvements

Phone app makes this monitor easy & convenient to log. But monitor needs improved adhesion to skin and better waterproofing.

App

So much easier then book for me.

7 Negative User Reviews for MyZio

Note space

The app is easy to use but needs a spot added to allow notes. This would allow the user to note items that could be helpful to the doctor’s diagnoses.

Needs adjustment

When logging the time frame, I start logging it while it’s happening. I want to log as it happens, not time it and try to remember after.

Lack of true inputting

Why not let user put in time and date. If symptoms start at noon and have to wait till end to enter, time is wrong. Also lacks ability to go back to enter suymptoms if away from mobile. Your rogram needs teeweaking

Worst cardiac monitor

I have worn several ecg monitors over the years. This is, by far, the most cumbersome and user unfriendly of all. Logging in to the app to register symptoms, the balloon to click on to log the symptoms does not come up, making it impossible to register the problem.

Review

Wish app didn’t require our entering email address plus password each time we want to enter a Sx. Much too cumbersome!

Choices of how to word what you’re trying to tell y’all is lacking

OK, what I mean by that I’m out here on a farm I’m cutting up trees for wood that are dead. I’m out here handling horses and cattle farm equipment, plowing, dealing with tractors, all that kind of stuff and there’s no way to really put this in there, without having a symptom, and I was told to put things in there, but I didn’t really have a symptom, so I don’t know how to go any better on that

Showers

The video in the app isn’t helpful in keeping the monitor dry.
