This app is so helpful!

I live on the coast in SWFL & this app is one of my “go to’s” in hurricane season.

There is a wealth of information in the newly updated app. It’s important that the user take time to learn all the various features available. With the new extended forecast, it’s even more helpful.

This app is the simplest easiest way to get accurate and detailed information on tropical events. This app gets all of its data directly from the National Hurricane Center so there is no exaggeration or misinterpretation. Simply the best.

Check this routinely first thing every morning during hurricane season and every 5 minutes😉 when a storm is pointed at me. I love living on the water and this tool makes it just a little easier. Thank you.

This has always been a good app. The most recent version has everything I want in one place. I highly recommend this app for staying informed about hurricane development, movement and threats. This information is important for preparation before storms without the scare tactics offered by some other sources. Thanks!

The names of the hurricanes are missing on maps. Confusing! Settings too complicated: Too many items.

I live near the coast in the Florida panhandle, and I have used this app for years. It has all kinds of features and data from the most reliable sources. It is my. “Go-to” tool for checking forecast models, including spaghetti modeling. It has practically any tool you will ever need.

If you have even a slight interest in the weather and the data meteorologists use to make forecasts, just get the app. It’s fantastic.

We now live outside of hurricane territory. Using this app to track them now (instead of using local news programs). I miss living in SE USA, now drought is the scary weather news in California. Update: this app will be more important as humans continue to pollute the planet. 2024 Atlantic hurricane season may well demonstrate that clearly. My thanks and gratitude to the developer.

This is the ONE app you want. All the features to track & follow from invest to named storms and hurricanes. Easy to use. Better radar images than the the paid app’s, with feeds from noaa geos satellites. Thanks for a wonderfully useful app!

The application works ok but the interface is somewhat confusing. It took a while but I learned it. Not like using “carrot” or other weather applications. I would just like it to open it to a default of where I live, not have to select it every time I open it up.

This app has provided me with valuable info to foresee and avoid severe weather. The info is extensive and relatively easy to apply for weather routing during the East Pacific hurricane season.

It’s much easier to view hurricane predictions using this app rather then the NOAA website from which the data is pulled.

Having lived on the Gulf Coast for over 75 years, major storms and hurricanes are a fact of life. NHC Hurricane Tracker is my go to app for forecasts and updates - I check it at the beginning of each day to keep a weather eye on Gulf and Atlantic storms. I have used NHC HT for both personal and business use as I managed multiple offices throughout Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. Only hurricane app I use. Supprized how much the free version has. I see no reason to go elsewhere.

I use it to track systems for prep and it’s great. It’s accurate and timely. It is also intuitively easy to use. For those with the need to track hurricanes I cannot recommend highly enough.

I don’t use cable tv so this is a great tool during the season.

Easy to use. Breaks down into regions all over the world. Can zoom in or out to see long or short range tracking and uses several styles of tracking also. Has several color and radar styles to choose from. Loads fast. I use the free version because it’s all I need.

I have the free version, live on the west coast of the USA, and find this app essential to getting good information about the weather. If nothing else, get it for the GOES satellite data. The many filters are easy to use and easy to understand: just tap the info icon. I have relatives in Florida and New Jersey, and this app really helps me stay informed.

The BEST info available among the multiple weather apps I own. You get short and long range predictions. Download and know what your weather provider knows before it’s one the news or other apps.

Good information on the tropics. Not over the top with to much technical stuff. Just what I needed.

Came from Pennsylvania, eight years ago, and found this site, to be accurate, and a true simple guide, and for my complete needs, for my understanding of Florida weather, and preparation needs during hurricane season. I have had this app for a long time. IMHO, there are no apps better than this app for tracking of hurricanes and other storms.
