I have nba tv as a part of my tv subscription and i can not go to the login screen to sign in with my provider it just says can not find profile when i click on tv provider

This app is amazing I like it and it informs me what time the games are and who is playing and when they playa me it’s gives me their schedule and it’s just very amazing

STOP IGNORING THE INJUSTICES IN HONG KONG

Why is it that when i go into the app, it says my tv provider on nba tv and then when i click on watch now it brings up the how to watch screen? Im already logged into my provider and i have nba tv, why can't i watch it on the app?

THIS APP IS THE BEST ALWAYS KEEPS ME UPDATED WITH THE SCORES AND IT LETS ME LOOK BACK ON THE 90s 80s UNTIL THE NBA STARTED IT LET ME SEES STATS FROM THEN

Why would this app need my clipboard data?

Whenever I’ve clicked on the video tab for any game today, it’s said “no data available for this game.”

It’s a good app for telling me the games, scores, news, etc. But it takes forever for the app to even load up which I is super annoying and sometimes won’t even open at all

You guys have to work on optimizing this app makes my phone very hot

NBA has done a great job at using their platform for social justice.

The app has great detail and gives live scoring, live stat tracking, game reminders, tv schedule, and news all for free. A must have for NBA fans.

It can help me know what is going around in the world of basketball, and huge news! I especially love the fact that you can watch live games on mobile with a subscription, rather than watching on tv. Keep it up, NBA! Awesome work!

Good app but it glitches too many times like there is bad internet

Ive been trying to watch nba games from 2017 especially the warriors vs knick game from march 2017 like a rerun of the game and there is only highlights i wish the nba app could let watch games from 3 seasons ago

Theres always a one next to the app. Ive re installed it and its still there am I missing something? Help I get annoyed when I see numbers next to a app.

I’ve contacted the support system and haven’t gotten a response yet. The NBA is offering free league pass, because if the hiatus. I can’t figure out how to get it for free, it just shows me ways to buy it.

Stop charging us when the season itself is suspended. You can’t rip your customers.

I recently bought League pass on my TV, but the app isn’t showing my provider to sign in on my phone.

please show draft picks a team owns on their profile somewhere. Maybe in a tab next to their roster and schedule

Usually slow, very glitchy not very practical app waste storage but doesn’t offer much only good thing is widget screen rarely ever free streams.

There are too many times the Apple TV app has trouble opening. I have to keep reinstalling the app.

I got it for my apple watch but it doesn’t open which is not very cool.

Pandemic or not, if you don't deliver a full season of basketball games that one paid a hefty premium annual subscription fee to watch, you should provide appropriate compensation such as a partial refund or future season offset.

Its the official NBA app and they can’t even get the schedule right. Also the interface is super complex not recomendable at all.

I payed $20 monthly and I can’t watch any games, every time I go to click watch it says im not subscribed, I restore purchases and it still says it.

Two stars because they choose to have LeBron on the banner. Sick of this guy. He’s no best in the world or even top 2 all time. Use something more generic instead of focusing on one player/team smh

League pass would have good potential but without a WiFi connection will more often than not, not even play the games. As of now, complete waste of money.

Laggy as hell. Keeps saying there’s no games scheduled when games are live. Only good thing that works is the notifications of game scores.

Would be a great app and almost worth the high price if not well over half the games were “experiencing a black out” just completely ruins the app

The Apple Watch ap crashes before it loads. I have series 1

App moves super slow. Takes forever to load at times

On iPad Air with OS 12.4.5 I repeatedly get “Slow Network Connection” error. No other apps have this issue. Stinks.

Love the app when it works, but it consistently gets bugs that make it unusable. I’d say a couple times a year. I also don’t understand why games, especially local, are blacked out. Just charge more, if you have to, and give us access.

I got the app together with a year subscription to NBA TV. Installed it in my phone and Apple TV. It does not stream more than 10 minutes straight of NBA TV Live before crashing. The on demand content is well delivered.
