I like the app but it’s constantly freezing. I have to open and close the app multiple times before I can get it to work properly.

The app freezes a lot. It’s frustrating.

The newest version of the app is available and I have it. It looks fabulous, and the new features are excellent! Thank you.

Yesterday the app showed I had over 2k alerts, however there were maybe 20. I cleared them just before midnight. Woke up to 9,700 alerts. I know the news cycle is very busy but not THAT busy.

For over a year, this app didn’t work. Which is a shame, considering that I find it routinely has the most accurate forecasts. But it’s finally working again!

Update: Most of the issues were finally found dead with the most recent update. Still have occasional issues with it completely loading but it’s, by far, MUCH better than it was. Thank you!!! I used to use this app daily (mainly for checking the weather) but for the past few months, it’s been almost unusable. I try to open it and nothing loads. Weather doesn’t load. This app has bugs. Update: The app was updated and loads with no issues.

I specifically chose to have videos NOT automatically play in the app preferences. There are occasions where I open a text based article and somehow the video manages to start playing and eating up my data, all on its own. I do not have unlimited data as part of my phone plan and appreciate the preference to let me control a potential source of heavy data usage, but the preference actually has to work properly.

I don’t like how the ads follow me even though I don’t open them. Please stop this.

I really do love the app BUT it freezes way to much!!

The weather icons barely ever load anymore for the hourly. Now when I get into the app it freezes. This used to be my favorite app but now I can’t even use it. Frustrated.

You can start reading a story, but once you scroll the page goes blank, and you can't finish the story. It looks like it's happening when there is some ad that is supposed to show up. Since I can't see the ad, I don't know if it's after any in-story ad that the page goes blank, or if it's the same ad that creates the mess. I just see a heading that an ad is supposed to display.

Need new younger reporters. Tracy, BShipp they all gotta go for fresh faces or your station will remain irrelevant

News alerts that come through as push notifications are completely useless. I click on the alert to read the article but there’s never any article. Sometimes it’s a different story altogether, sometimes it’s an unrelated video.

If you like ads, this app is for you. It’s nothing more than a vehicle to downloads dozens of ads per story. You can’t tell the story from the ads. Such a waste.
