It’s appalling that this app would display a thumbnail correctly but the expanded news articles will have blank black screens instead of the images . Have some quality checks before releasing any news item

When you open the app, the ad pop up and the sound starts off. Can the ad start without the sound. In the mute mode? This wakes up everyone in the night.

NDTV news is a balanced and honest news. While out of India, a source of unbiased news is very much welcome Keep up the good work.

Almost every time I open the app there are full page ads that don’t have option to close until 5-10 secs. And this will go on frequently until you give up and force quit the app. I have iPhone16 pro so compatibility is not an issue.

The app used to be add free now I don’t like because of unnecessary adds

This has moved from a decent app to worse, granted everyone is trying to monetize from their app and injecting advertisements but you can’t inject adv at the launch of the app and especially an adv with loud sound, how do they expect the user to know when they can open the app if they are in a quiet env. If this continues then sadly I’ll have to move to someone else.

Turning from best to worst. With constant ad pop-ups. Some can’t close also as they cover full screen without close(x) option. Making you reboot phone. Video’s played leave voice track open even when app is closed and play in music app on bluetooth. Too much content and at times repeat on the home page.
