Called customer support several times and no one supports the app. The app does not list incircle points nor how many double point days I have. The NM card menu selection in the app invites me to apply for a credit card and describes the point system instead of displaying my points. I was instructed to call for a status which defeats the point of the app.

Neiman Marcus is top Quality

It keeps on crashing during adding things to my cart. There are certain items that seems to have a bug, it won’t allow me to add to cart tho showing availability.

You can’t scroll your favorites. If you scroll you get an uploading circle an it puts you back to the top and then it crashes. Also, it will give updated pricing on your favorite item if it’s on sale, but you have to click on the item to see what the original price was. NM should make a more enjoyable app shopping experience.

While I like the set up & ease of use of the NM app, it ALWAYS crashes!! I can’t remember the last time I opened it that it didn’t end up crashing. So disappointing!

All I want to do is shop, why does the app always crash?

The App first is too dark of a background. Also, is somewhat awkward to navigate. The website much easier to navigate.

This ap makes me want to throw the phone. It crashes and the search is infuriating
