Please update the app. Please please update the app. I feel like I got scammed

Excellent app but it does not recognize the iPhone SE (2020) and keeps asking to update to the latest iOS which is already 14.4. Most iPhone specs are unavailable for the same reason.

I was looking for additional protection for my IPhone and after testing several apps, this one was both easy to set up, works amazing, and has prevented dozens of cyber threats and attempts to access my cell. The only downside is this is an app created in another country and some items don’t convert into English, so you have to use your best judgement in setting controls.

This app works great I purchased it a long time ago and I love the new improvements it really does the job better than any of the other security apps out there great job developers great job thanks

Happy long-time user of Neptune Security and the developer is regularly updating for currency. In addition to a very detailed Device information tab, there’s an Orbit tab that shows all a summary of all the devices you have Neptune installed on. I did note a minor bug where it reports my firmware is out of date on an iPod Touch 7th Gen; I already have the latest iOS version (15.0.2) installed.

I have only been using the app for approximately 6 hours and already found one security problem, that was quickly and easily solved. This mobile security app throughly checks multiple sources and sends instant messages to your home screen. It takes just a few minutes to set up and the prompts can be mildly confusing to navigate. Once you have explored the options, the information is very useful in providing sufficient layers of protection. Thanks for a very useful app!

This app is crashing on my iPhone 13 pro max all the time. I thought it might be because of the public beta OS. But it also cannot run on a normal 15.4 version. Updates: uninstall and reinstall the app can fix the issue. However, there are some non-English words displayed during system check with English language mode.

Hard to evaluate when alerts come on a different language I read.
