Gratitude Journal (new) App Reviews

I have used this app for several years. Now I can’t access any entries before a year ago, and the dates are all set to Friday, December 30 2022. I can’t get any of them back. It’s so disappointing.

I’ve been using Gratitude Journal since 2009 and have loved it. This morning, it crashed. I hope the app will resurrect PLEASE. Thank you

I had been using this app since it launched and in the past few days it just won’t work. I updated it and it still quits and closes when I try to open it. I was using it as a daily gratitude journal and miss the routine of reflecting on my day. Update: someone reached out to help me and I was able to update the version and now it works again. So glad to have it back. Thanks!

7/15/23 Three cheers for Steve! 👍🏼 😊 Here’s my revised review just based on the following: I am not using the app itself tonight other than I updated a second time in the past 10 days AND LO and BEHOLD: 📌I’ve finally gotten into the app, no crashing so far on both iPhone and iPad Pro Mini newest version! I’ve been using this app for years on a daily basis. With the last update 1.8.20, it won’t let me log in anymore. Every time I’ve tried, it just says “oops, something went wrong. Please try again” It’s been days now and even with the most recent update to 1.8.23, I still cannot login. I do adore this app and it’s not overly complicated and I love the simplicity of it. I absolutely love this app! I’ve been using it since it first came out. When I fall out of daily practice, things that normally wouldn’t bother me.. begin to. It’s really such a simple practice to change your perspective if you are feeling less than well. I encourage everyone to have a daily gratitude practice, it’s uplifting and raises your vibration. I’ve had this app since 2010 and I love it. Our kids started to tell us every night the things they were grateful for when they were toddlers, and now they also enjoy scrolling back in time to remember. * We are grateful for Steve, for getting in touch; the new version is working now.

The app recently just logged me out for no reason and I thought I lost my posts. But I was able to get back in and they're still there.

Ok! Steve helped me and I have my journal back! I had used Facebook to log in. Steve suggested deleting the app and log in through Apple! I deleted. Turned off my iPad and everything is still there. Did not realize how important it was to me until I lost it. This app got me through COVID! Thank you Steve! All my precious memories are still there! Hugs to you! I’ve checked and updated everything. It won’t let me log in through Facebook. It won’t let me set up a password using my email addre

Please add support for Touch ID / Face ID to unlock the app without requiring the creation of a passcode. I don’t need another passcode to remember. Thanks!

Many of the app’s settings are illegible. For example, if I click on the About button, I see the version number and a bunch of “>”. I entered my name and birthday, and it wouldn’t remember them.

My app was working fine until I tried installing it to my new phone and all I get upss something went wrong, so I logged out of my old phone hoping that was the problem and it still wouldn't let me log on. When I tried loggin on my old phone I get the same msg that something went wrong and now I cant use the app

Purchased this thinking that there were going to be some gratitude prompts and readings only to find out it’s nothing more than a glorified notebook. I could’ve just used my notebooks for that. What’s the point?
