This game offers an enjoyable gaming experience. I have previously played it on a Macintosh computer and acquired it from BigFish Games. While it is compatible with Mac Silicon, it does not support full-screen display. However, in the event of an extended flight on my iPad, I would find this game to be an excellent means of entertainment and time-passing.

Five BN games are my favorite! The first of the New York Mysteries is an absolutely wonderful game. We meet Laura and Mr. Bishop in their first adventure. The hardest part for me is finding what I need to advance the story and game. Where did this key go? How do I use the lightbulb? I usually can figure it out, but if I am truly stumped, I can use a hint. I like that feature. I try not to use it, but it is there. Then there are the puzzles - the best part. Absolutely love this game! It’s fun and hard but not to hard that you just get frustrated and never wanna play again. I had so much fun solving all the puzzles.

The game is super interesting but it wouldn’t let me use the knife on the rope in the boat when I know that’s what you’re supposed to do

I love all Five BN games!! This is probably my 10th one and I have loved them all!!! I highly recommend if you enjoy these types of games.

By far my favorite of all the mystery/detective games! Great story line, definitely use your brain to figure out some parts!

A good plot line, not tons of reading, puzzles mixed with search and find. Optional hints (for purchase with coins, but not egregious). Worth many hours of puzzle fun!

I played it all the way through the end including the bonus chapter and was very compelled throughout. Thanks guys! I’m excited to play the next ones. This game is great for people who love mystery, puzzle games with a great story attached. I love the way you have to figure out things on your own in order to move on through the story.

This game is a cut above anything I’ve ever seen before. It’s graphics are classic, the games are challenging but not too hard that it annoys you, the logic is perfectly clear, the gameplay and mechanics are planned out perfectly, and the story is truly riveting to be a part of. It pulls you in and grabs you by the cajones. 10 out of 10

I have played every New York mysteries games and I absolutely love them. I am hopeful for a 6th one. Mad props to the creators of this series. These games are literally the best I’ve ever played.

This game is by far THE BEST adventure mystery game I have ever played. There were no ads, no energy refills needed, and the puzzles were so challenging and fun! The storyline and visuals were also very good. Thank you for an amazing game, I couldn’t put down! Please don’t change a thing!

No energy to have to wait hours on to play for five minutes! No ads asking you to buy every 3 of your five minutes! You buy hints if you need them. I loved this game! This was this first of many Five-BN games and I fell in love, I played this game three or four times before I even knew there were more, and different varieties of the same caliber of games is amazing from Lost Lands, to Darkness and Flame unlike most games I’ve played, just please keep them coming.

This game is great. It has good graphics, a great storyline, and fun puzzles. Best of all there are no ads to interrupt your game playing. Once I played this game, I had to play all the other games in the series and they all are great.

Love the game but it’s so frustrating that if you skip a game or miss something, you can’t go back and you have to start all over. I did not get the book after I skipped the green and blue signs?! Help. Playing on phone not computer.
