无法在后台上传，体验非常不好，甚至手机黑屏后都会中断上传，上传时必须不停的点击屏幕以保持屏幕点亮

i only wish better handling of things when i'm offline.. Currently if i'm offline, i can't set file to upload and close the app, files won't show on server when i come online.. EDIT: 60 lock is stupid.. My touch id not worked and i was not able to do a pin unlock 😕

Please some how make background uploads work

One can set up this service strictly online or locally. I chose locally. I have all my documents automatically sync across devices.

Love this app a little confusing at first but you can get use to it

Hay algunos problemas con videos grandes. No he podido guardar un video de 15 minutos Fuera de eso es una excelente aplicación, me gusta mucho la opción de poder compartir por vínculo público.

Thanks to Nextcloud I’ve nearly eliminated my reliance on 3rd parties for data storage. Nextcloud handles my file sharing, office document editing, and photo management. Robust, well documented project. Many thanks to the devs.

iPhone client works great. Only wish I could avoid delete on upload prompt. Maybe that is user error. VPN to home host for the win!!!

A great app that I mostly use to backup my phones photos to my Nextcloud instance. Auto upload seems to work in the background now which is wonderful. I would love to see some development to better support notes and task lists on ios.

This app is the best and easiest thing ever. Yes there’s quirks with it, but it is hands down the best solution for self hosting there is. It’s so so so nice

Playing videos from app stopped working a couple of versions ago. Still waiting for a fix. Other app works great!

I highly recommend Nextcloud for your cloud storage software. I run Nextcloud on my servers and use it daily. Along with 3 clients whom I have installed and they now use Nextcloud for managing their files on the cloud. Don’t hesitate to use Nextcloud, it’s fast, secure, and dependable.

Tons of features, with a little technical know how, you can have a great self hosted cloud service. Keep it up Next Cloud team!

Nextcloud is a great alternative to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.. iOS client works like a charm and does everything I want it to do. With no 3rd party (storage service provider). With no additional yearly subscription. No "you need an upgrade" ads or pop-ups. No more, no less.

Freezes often. When selecting reverse order of view by name, the app shows videos at the top and then images. But should be mixed. Cant edit users, and doesnt support custom quotas. Doesnt support upload in background

Will frequently freeze during file upload

I have been using nextcloud for years and it just keeps getting better. I've built it so deeply into my workflow I don't know what I world do without it. I highly recommend.

So i really like this app. Most features are very well thought out. Saw that it included a scanner so I tried to use it instead of my stand alone scanner app. Nope. Extremely blurry. But everything else is really good.

This app was just about perfect until the auto upload in the background feature was removed. It used to detect location changes and upload photos when you had a significant change in location, assuming you have your server correctly configured. Now you have to open the app to start backups and you need to keep it open for a significant time or it will stall out if uploading a large number of photos or videos. Please bring this feature back, it would make this app five stars again.

Instant upload no longer works, other than that, app is still awesome!

I’ve used Nextcloud for many years hosted on my own equipment and it’s just amazing. There is no cloud, just someone else’s computer :)

If you’re a persecuted ppl and worry about being hunted you can create and host your own internet for you and your family without worry. Thank you so much! Haven’t felt safer online!

I love using this app for my wife and I but would really like to view photos by location in the app.

App by itself is pretty good but I got an error “ End to end encryption is not available “

R710 Dell Server w/Proxmox. Nextcloud in a LXC. Pfsense firewall w/ HAProxy w/Acme w/Lets Encrypt routing to Nextcloud server. I can use in and outside network secured.

Set up: very easy and user friendly I haven’t been able to find an application to sync my Nextcloud storage to a windows file explorer or Mac OS finder similar to one drive or iCloud (both have windows file explorer folder abilities) That will not make me leave Nextcloud, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to make that element work.

All recent say “waiting for upload”

No longer have file synchronization with the iPad app.

App generally works great. The last update caused it to stop auto-deleting camera roll photos after auto uploads. Not sure what happened.

When accessing my server from the web it works fine! I go to upload a file and it’s as if the app has crashed. No progress bar for individual files just no response from the app it’s 50/50 whether my file was copied from my phone to my Nextcloud server or not. Having to tirelessly close and reopen to get files uploaded. Developer please look into this!
