Does what it says it does, updates are regular but by no means excessive. Very easy to use and interpret. I am surprised by how much I use this app.

Simple and powerful. I use it surprisingly often for network debugging.

It comes in handy for testing the availability of site. You can compare routes with cellular versus WiFi or iPhone versus desktop.

Works well but consistently thinks many AT&T locations in the network are in European Union! Most of these misidentified locations in the AT&T network are in Florida.

Update: I no longer use a MiFi or SIP regularly. But it’s still a VoIP user and general troubleshooting godsend! Original review:My most used Utility. I just wish it was configurable to keep running (perhaps slower) in the background if needed. Included in their Scany app. Buggy sometimes... Old bug I think they have fixed : Gives nonsense stats like 15947% loss when data is out of bounds.

Thank you to the developer. I’ve been using the trace tool and related utilities since they came out a few years ago. Very helpful for debugging, and I find that when I change hosts that running trace a few times helps get the new name-IP resolution out there sooner. I run a few traces, switch services or DNS servers and run again. Thanks again!! A well crafted, good looking, and reliable app.

This is hands down the best app for traceroutes.

When traveling I am always stitching together flaky Wifi networks and various VPNs for security. Without this app I would have no insight into what the issue is. With this I am able to quickly see what isn’t working and workaround/fix it. That is my use case, but there are tons more obviously. This app is so clutch!
