Very few games make me feel as immersed as this game does. Its minimal, yet challenging, and the gameplay envelopes you.

At first, I thought WOW this is amazing, the trailer, description, and intro all point to an incredible game. However, the puzzles themselves aren’t very interesting, the soundtrack is fun but repetitive, and the graphics and plot advancements are kept to a bare minimum, drawing you in just as you’re about to leave, there’s only a snippet of plot every 15 gates or so and I just really couldn’t get into it, if you just wanna chill then get this game, if you want plot, graphics, and fun, get Playd

The music stopped working! Doesnt matter if i toggle sound on or off.

Nightgate is challenging but fun, has amazing graphics and gameplay but it doesn’t have enough levels. Truly a Work of art

In over 13 years of having played various games and used the apps available to me on iOS, I have never left a review up until right now. This game is visually stunning, with a soundtrack that will pull you in and keep you there till the very end. The gameplay is the simplest you can imagine, but executed to perfection. The fun and thrill factors are on-par with anything else out there. Fantastic job.

Great game, hard not difficult

I’ve been playing this game on and off for a few years but I listen to the soundtrack regularly. Is this a hard game? No. That’s not why you play it. You play it to go to a different world. One with the lights off and a pair of headphones on.

As a long haul truck driver this game is really helpful. I have to be able to focus and stay awake for many hours at a time so I play this game while I’m driving. Ha! Just kidding; I prefer Tetris when I’m “driving truck” (a lá Lorne Armstrong). This game is visually mesmerizing and as others have stated the sound design and soundtrack is really cool. I love this game. I’ve been playing it for the last three years off and on. I can pick it up, play a couple puzzles, and then put it down and do other things. It is so meditative and calm. With just enough challenge to make it interesting. The music in the background is quite ambient and fun! It really helps you focus.

Please make a Steam version (port).

Very excellent, but needs development and more stages. I hope so too. 🌹🌹🌹

“Minimalist design doesn’t mean minimalist feel. Levels feel vast and otherworldly. Also playable on Apple TV via the remote. Very, very cool.
