The features included with this app are good but they really need to add a downtime feature like Apple has for their devices. I can set a daily limit for playtime but I can’t schedule my kid’s Switch to shutdown at bedtime every day. If they could add that feature this app would be perfect.

Not being able to set ‘no play times’ is really a big miss. If I setup an hour of play on Saturday, my little guy will wake himself up at 5am to play. So that means the time limits have to be set each day in the morning and cleared in the evening. Very inefficient

Would be better if you could set custom times to automatically block the console completely. Otherwise it is pretty easy to use.

This is good if you only want a report of time spent on the Switch (and where) and the ability to somewhat control “maturity” settings. There is no feature (that I’ve found) to actually set a timer with a lock on the Switch or to have a password required to unlock it.

I got my son a Nintendo switch online subscription to play classic Nintendo games. When he goes to try and play them it says they are age restricted. This is just plain CRUEL Nintendo. Plain CRUEL. Now the only way he can play these games is by Mario maker two and emulators. It defeats the whole purpose why we got the subscription in the first place. Needs more options

I have a toddler who loves to play on his Nintendo Lite but this gives me control of how long he can play on it which is great. And I can disable it or change how short or long he can play on it. It also gives me the option for a set time each day of the week which is way cool. This is a great feature because during school days I definitely keep the minutes that he is on it very limited time…

It’s really good Face ID so nobody get in the app I can see what game there playing how long they been playing all so good. So that’s why I rate this 4 out of 5. Nice job Nintendo.

My child is secure and he is playing good games

All I used this app for is to put a password on my switch. So if anyone steals my switch it would be a dead switch.

I only downloaded it for time limit because well I found myself spending more time on my switch than with family

Do not let them play through the limit. Suspend software immediately and tell them that’s the end. Ask for more time and your play time goes down 10 minutes. My kids have 30 minutes and govern themselves now. Reports come in - about 2-3 hours total per week. Easy, breezy.

Love the time limit feature. Wish you could set a time frame on when you can play though.

The app is excellent for proving some control over the switch usage, but I have 4 switches in my house, and there is no reason the app should be limited to controlling only 3 switches.

Please consider adding room for 4 switches. Really need it for my family.

I wish it would tell me what time the switch would being played. So it they started at 1230 pm. I would like to see that. Make it easier to see what time my child picked it up or if a button got hit and counted as time.

This is good for time management.

It’s nice to control when they can play, but it would be great if I could give them 15 extra minutes or grant a 2 hour window without having the change the schedule or disable it all together.

There should be a time window to play, not just a sleep time. Our rule is the kids can’t play until 4 pm….please add this feature.

2 issues: 1. I have 4 kids and can only register 3 switches to this app. 2. How on earth can I add a family online account and apply it to all the switches??

- needs the option to disable downloading archived games. My nephew downloaded multiple GBs of games, which I got a notification for (but not an option to prevent).

The controls and reporting are great. But, time limits can only be applied for each console, not for each user, which is not helpful in a house with several children ranging from 6-16.

Good but lacking key features like restricting wifi and/or browser usage. Also kind of need different controls for each user/child.

Please send a replacement for our current switch it has been technically compromised by a hardware issue over error. Pre paid shipping to return the damaged hardware is preferable. Have a Nice Day🕹🎮👾

Hey, this app is great, I used it to prank my friends and set time limits on them and man it was fun!

This is a great application. The only thing that could make it better is if you could set a time period such as from 12:00 to 4:00 pm before chores and other school work.

Would really like a start time restriction. Kids don’t allow themselves to sleep in the morning because they want to get on video games.

Really useful for kids and teenskids

The basic features a good except it doesn’t do profile scoped limitations which is needed in a family with children.

I wish i could set up a time the device won’t work before.
