No JS effectively disables JavaScript, making it possible to read webpages bloated with popups and other distractions. The app works very well, but I wish it had the feature to always disable JavaScript on specific websites. Right now you have to disable JavaScript on every visit. Still, I found the app well worth it.

So many websites these days attack you with pop ups and ads, and with this extension you can just easily switch over to using the site without javascript, and voilà! No ads, no pop ups, just that article about kittens you're trying to read!

didn't realize how effective it could be to simply disable JavaScript. could never be a permanent thing, so this method of quickly disabling it for the current page is perfect

It's amazing how much better internet surfing is after using this. I feel like I've just bought a new pair of running shoes or scratched my back - you don't know how much you needed it until you get it.

This is a simple app that is helpful in a world where everything we do is tracked for marketing purposes. Free access to online newspapers if that’s your style.

This app works as advertised to stop JavaScript from running. Makes it much more pleasant to browse websites bloated with ads and other junk.

So you can’t use safari features like the reader view anymore

I was expecting this app to allow me to load a safari content blocker to block javascript permanently on a per site basis. Instead this app opens the page up in its own interface w/ scripts disabled, but has no option for blocking scripts in safari itself. I guess this is useful for pages that you will only visit once, but not if you want to continually visit a page with no scripts. Now instead I’m using AdGuard pro and manually punching in the rules to block scripts.
