I just love the back story of how NORAD started tracking Santa’s yearly Christmas Eve flights, a genuinely fun and wholesome way to help celebrate the holiday! This app is an extension of that spirit and is a nice addition to the NORAD Tracks Santa Claus website…so if you can’t be near your computer, having this app will help let your kids know just how close Santa is getting so they get to bed before he arrives! One day I was on NORAD and it was working perfectly fine and the next day was December 1 so I went on to play the first game and it went in the app but did not load this is a fun Santa tracker but not when that happens!!!!

I track Santa every year and I always use this app! It’s easy to use and updates very quickly. It’s just a really good app. 😊

Lately I’ve been witnessing stuff like I can’t log in like I can’t watch the countdown because the screen is blue so please fix this if anyone sees this please I’m on mobile, anyways yes it’s really annoying.

When I tried to get in that it takes 10 MINUTES!!!!

I love this app !! I have a Christmas Eve party with family every year, and we put thin on the computer so me and my cousins know where he is ! One question though, how come u can’t see Santa anymore? On the app, I mean. It only shows that little blue arrow woth the Santa hat and beard. I’m just confused why u can’t see Santa. It might be a bug, or it might be me ! But if it’s actually true, can u fix it? Anyway, merry Christmas ! :3

Sometimes this is a fun useful tool, other times it is very glitchy and by other times I mean most of the time

I love the app but the 3d button keeps disappearing and I can’t click on it

I love the NORAD Santa Tracker app—it’s fun, accurate, and a big part of Christmas Eve magic! One issue I noticed is that the 3D mode doesn’t appear on my tablet. I understand that 3D might be limited to certain devices, but it would be great if 3D could be supported on more tablets. Even a simple “3D not available on this device” message would help. Overall, I still love tracking Santa and appreciate all the work the NORAD team does. Thank you for making Christmas Eve so magical!

It says it is “time to track Santa” I tap that button and all I get is a picture of Santa standing in his workshop. It does not seem to be tracking him. Other trackers are showing him on the move???

this app is the best thing ever! it raised me and my family and even tho we’re all teens we still use it every year and the excitement is still the same🩷

I am around 10 years old (I’m not telling you my exact age cause I’m not suppose to) and I love this app so much. Especially on Christmas Eve with my family! Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, happy wiggilia, and happy new year!

I’m 13 now and I know this is not real, but it totally fooled me as a little kid. I recommend this to parents because it worked getting me to bed earlier.

This is the best I have had it ever since December 1st is better than the old Santa tracker I recommend getting this app and it is not 2d it is 3d so awesome

So pretty much this is a Santa tracker every December 25th is Christmas Day it is so fun to look at the app it shows your address the sate or Country or continent you live in and how many gifts he has delivered.

Love doing this it’s my favorite!!! Also to say to people who don’t know The tracker starts showing Santa’s location on the 24!! It’s nice they start early for the kids who have Christmas before US does!

It is the best Santa tracker I track him every Christmas Eve and I get so excited for Christmas. I wait for it to say Michigan then I go straight to sleep. I love this app. DOWNLOAD NOW. IT IS THE BEST APP.

because it is really fun and passes the time until Christmas Day because there are games and be able to see Santa in his sleigh and his reindeer! It is so good! I recommend this app for the holidays and it’s fun and free!

There’s a small glitch needing to be fixed with norad Santa tracker

So I think this app is amazing, the only thing wrong with it for me is that it keeps getting stuck on a date even when I deleted it and reinstalled it. Right now it’s stuck on 49 days 1 hour 24 minutes and 5 seconds why is it doing that?

Your countdown timer keeps fluctuating between the actual number, and 3 days behind….

So Ive Been Using This Santa Tracker Since 2018, It Was Pretty Fun And Nice, They Had Very Cool Features And You Could Track Santa Every December!

for me, it’s December 2nd, and the countdown is saying that it ends in 315 days. only when i go on the website, does it give me a correct time.

As of 12/16/20 they fixed the bugs from the previous years and now its usable again and ready to use.

Looks like this app had trouble in the past, but appears to be fixed and working great as of Christmas Eve 2020. We checked out a couple different apps and this is the one we’ll be using. Good job NORAD.

It takes forever to load on my iPhone

I was watching Santa go through North Korea but he didn't get shot down missiles.

I love this app but when I get closer, I see Rudolph has no eyes! One thing you can fix is the cartoon Rudolph. He needs eyes to see where he is going!

Needs update for 2018- countdown still says 0 from 2017

Feel like I’m in one of those movies where “there’ll be no Christmas this year”. Kids ask every day if the app is working. I hope the spirit of Christmas finds NORAD in time.

The App countdown Clock says all 000's when I open it up please Update Now ASAP

I keep getting 404 errors and can you please fix this it has the countdown to 0 also fix that

This is A very good Santa tracker Merry Christmas everybody 10 out of 10

So it’s an awesome I DEFINITELY recommend because you play really fun games, my favorite in Santa on skates. You can also track Santa on Christmas Eve!!! It’s so fun and entertaining and I use it all year around!

My kids opened this app on their ipad and went to the tracking Santa area. Then it said ‘restricted site’ and the app is mostly always stuck at the loading screen.

The app didn’t load following the last update. After reloading the app it now redirects to safari where it loads slowly. It works, but not like the 2016 version did.

I thought it would be fun to track santa and see where he is and how close to me he is, but every time I tried opening the app, it was stuck on the loading page, could you please fix this for next year?

Please Update App For 2018!!! Isn’t this new update supposed to let us track Santa on Christmas Eve? Please Update!
