The vpn has blocked my account in a app, and now I can’t access the financial resources on the account.

As a senior I have found it difficult to get assistance and I am paying for two accounts.

I feel more safe with Norton running on my phone.

I have had no problems yet been using it for years. I would recommend it.

I received a new user interface today. Now I dont get notications. Also it says no wifi connection even though I have an internet connection.

Very satisfied! Norton notified me when I visit bad web sites with notification and a pop up on screen and blocks the hack or virus.

Appears to provide comprehensive protection but setup is a bit confusing.

I like Norton but the cost(especially when your elderly and on a fixed income) is getting to expensive

I bought the deluxe plan for my fiance and I, come to find out he can’t use it using his own account. We had to sign him in using my own credentials, and I’ve been signed off the mobile app. Please add a feature to let paying users stay signed in on their mobile devices.

The identity monitoring section says set up required. It has been set up but message wont go away. Customer support wasnt able to help.

why are you UNABLE to update account?

I deleted the app but the vpn is still on my phone, can somebody help?

I’ve had no issues with Norton on other devices but when I try to sign in on the iPad, it always brings up a white screen, not accepting my login details. Could you fix this please?

On apple products, it circulates then says error then download then still has status update available Never updates, paid service but poor app

I have had Norton for over a year now. Considering how cheap it is, I think it does a good job for protection (it blocks pop ups & suggests not going to unsafe websites). The glitch, though, is for updating the app via the Apple Store. It takes days if not 2 weeks sometimes to actually download the update. The update notice I get is rather annoying knowing it’s going to sit there for so long.

In the last few days I have been getting constant “unsafe site” pop up warnings and they are on sites I’ve been using for years… Every time I go on YouTube the message pops up. Along with other sites that I KNOW are safe. What is going on? This needs to be fixed. It’s very annoying.

I have the 360 version with mobile ver 2.42. But last few days on my iPhone it keeps saying (home Xfinity) wifi is comprised and or suspicious network but it’s not. And wants to always connect to vpn. I deleted and reinstalled, still the same. On my non wifi pc everything says protected. This is nuts. Has to be a bug in the app. RESPONSE I Was told buy Norton to ignore this message and turn on VPN. It only happens on wifi. PLEASE FIX THE APP

VPN ONLY, everything else is fine I had this. It was fine, I had a subscription for my other devices, figured I’d download it on this too because why not. Worked amazing for a year until my WiFi would not connect. Not even official apple support could figure out why. I deleted this app and- not just this problem- but every problem I had ever had with my phone was fixed. Battery, WiFi turning off when you turn off your device, and more! Works amazing… until it doesn’t.

Why is it with every Norton Update the App has to be uninstalled to just re-install to Update? Go through the whole process of redoing everything allover again...It's annoying.

I find that some valid websites are being blocked such as KV labs and websites that have details or articles with information that goes against the media narrative is also blocked. This type of censorship must stop.

Please add a LANDSCAPE mode for use on iPads. Many people use their iPads in landscape mode, especially when using a keyboard.

So many times i get allerted by Norton that the email is an UNSAFE site. I am thankful i subscribed to Norton

It may be just mine but when you log into the vaultSelect the page you want to sign in to take you to the page then you have to re-open the vault to get logged in

I really appreciate when Norton notifies me when a website is unsafe.

On many occasions when in a motel or other unsecured hotspot when logged into their guest or free network Norton after notifying me it is unsafe won’t activate and I am left with 5G or in the unsecured network or no network security at all.

Why don’t these apps notify you that spy apps are being used on you. Why doesn’t this app have a smart scan like it does on computer

In this day and age I even use a VPN at home when connecting to certain games and sites due to sore loser hackers.

I have been completely satisfied with Norton 360. It alerts me to malicious websites and alerts me when I need software update. Haven’t had a problem at all. Keep improving Norton 360 I’m a satisfied customer.

Why doesn’t this check my apps on my iPad? Also why do i have to hold my iPad the long way to use it? This means i cant use the keyboard with it. I like the vpn and security.

I feel like I don’t have to worry about my identity safety and I just want to say Thank you for all you do for us with this security

They keep asking for more money for security meanwhile I thought my phone and computer was secure with your product

When VPN is enabled, you can not view replies in Twitter. Turn off VPN and you can see replies.

Looks great except that when I am in cellular network I have to remove vpn to connect😡

I’m not sure how this app is using so much data. In 17 days it’s used up 1 GB of data.

The Norton system works great on my IPad! I’ve had it for a couple of years, and so far, everything works well!

There used to be an option in the VPN settings to automatically turn on whether on wi-Fi or cellular data, and now there’s only an option to automatically turn on if you’re not connected to a trusted network. Granted, you have to manually add each network to your trusted networks, but it seems like the VPN constantly disconnects when I’m using my home Wi-Fi even though I did not add it to my trusted network.
