I’ve been using this App for 8+ years. Like all apps it’s has had some bugs. However, I’ve emailed the developer about the bugs and found the developer very responsive and engaged with me to get a full understanding of the bugs. This is hands-down the best hand writing app with best organizational capabilities you can get. There is a learning curve to fully understand how to use Notes+ so don’t be discouraged by the negative reviews.

Hi, The program glitched while I was using it and lost all my files. I see them in the cloud but I am unsure how to put them back on the app. Will you please let me know how to recover them? I appreciate any help you can give.

I am still learning all its features and hope the company does well. When something doesn’t work, it’s antiquated printer to fault, not Notes Plus. So great to be able to type with different fonts and colors!!

I have used notes plus for many years and would recommend it to any IOS user.

This is the best app for hand writing. I wish there was a feature for infinite page size. Where your not constricted to a single page. But overall a very good handwriting app

Great app. I use it mainly for drawing. The “shapes” functions are very helpful.

I like this app it is really keep you love to write and it is support arabic lang. you can hand write and translate to arabic fonts

Purchased the program. Like using it, despite a few glitches. Now I’m getting a pop-up every 5-10 minutes telling me there is a new 10th anniversary edition out for an additional $10, making the version I purchased essentially worthless to me.

I really love this app it makes things really simple does a lot of cool stuff but it seems to have problems downloading from iPad to your iPhone app so if you need to look at something on your phone that you wrote or drew out sometimes it just has the download emblem and it won’t download

I’ve been using this app for years and it still proves to be the best app for me. I would like if we could get a dark mode or something similar so that it makes writing with poor lighting easier.

Best handwriting experience but lacks bookmarks in audio recordings with each pen stroke. Notability is better for taking notes due to this. I want to use this instead, but audio bookmarking with each pen stroke is a must for me.

I have used this app since its introduction 10 years ago. It is brilliant, easy to use and astonishingly powerful. Over the years I have taken a significant volume of notes of varying complexity. Glad to pay for the upgrade. Please make it as good.

Issues just started about 2 weeks ago with complete lock up of notes while in the middle of project. Have to close out and start over. Other than this it’s a good app. I’m getting a little impatient. Is there a fix? I’m on IPad Pro 2nd gen.

The latest update has a glitch where the app stops working for 10 seconds or so, messing up the flow of writing. Please work on this, I love this app and this has been my only complaint in years!

Have used this app every day for years… love it! BUT, THE FREEZE GLITCHES & RESETS THAT ARE REQUIRED STARTED POPPING UP A FEW WEEKS AGO… THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM. PLEASE FIX.

One of the best features, scratch-to-erase is just way too sensitive. Any continous or looping writing will get picked up up “scribbling” and the whole thing will be deleted. If you’re only printing though, very nice app.

Bought the latest iPadPro hoping the latest hardware would work better with the iOS13 updates - but no - still jerky unusable pencil response.

This is such a feature rich and useful app. It’s utility is such that I am definitely going to upgrade my iPad to a pro so I can take advantage of the writing stylus.

I love this app but the lag really brings it down

I use it all the time, every day. On every new version, the app becomes better. Without this app, my iPad would not be as useful.

The program is excellent, but it has some drawbacks. The first is a bad response speed when writing with a pen and the second one must add the feature of not writing by hand when activating pen writing because it causes confusion

I love all the features but really irritated with the lag, downloaded INKcredable nice and tight and will do the job.

Only a 5 because it won't let me give more stars. I've used this app Since I got my 2 and I've tried many other apps. None compare to Notes Plus. I use it every day.

My main issue with this app is that half the things I draw disappear as soon as I lift my pen from the screen. It happens randomly and is immensely frustrating, especially while I’m trying to draw pictures.

When using the app for handwriting, it will often ’forget’ what I have done. After making a notation I can see it on screen, then when I come back later, it will be gone.

I like the different pen styles and I works well for note taking

If you have a 1st gen ipad pro avoid this app at all costs. Its been so horrendously optimized for 3 years now i can barely use the eraser without it lagging like crazy

The idea behind this app is fantastic. Most of the app is functional, however, in the event that you have to reinstall the app from iCloud, your information will not download and install properly. I have been using this app for 10+ years and cannot retrieve my notes now. I would not recommend changing devices if you were using this app. alternatively, you can store your files on dropbox but if you decide to use iCloud instead, don’t plan on backing up your files and retrieving them in the future

Customer service is terrible. Gives an email back t no one answers you. The help section will s not good for beginners. I used my apple pen and hand wrote my notes, was able to convert page to text. But nowhere can I find how to save it that way.

i used to use this app for all of my kind of works but now after so many years using this app i think it needs some updates cause after ios update drawing and writing in this app become very laggy i have ipad pro 2018 12 inch

Been maybe a year since I last uses this app, now it's so loggy.. Unusable

Super slow on iPad Pro. Laggy. Writing disappears a few minutes after you write

Issues include 1) it doesn’t always capture what I type (I.e. I will type 2-3 lines, and they will then disappear), 2) when I tried to sync to new iPad, it synced whole documents as one page at a time, as opposed to one whole document
