Hi! I love this app so much, I was looking for an app that allows me to add note on the part that just highlighted, not like writing it on the side. This app is perfect for that. Just one thing tho, can you guy add more pen types? Like fountain pen and more stuffs like that? Currently, there are only a normal pen and pencil. It would be absolutely perfect you it has the fountain pen option.

The is a better app than this one for the same price. This app was very limited.

How do I get my documents from previous app. I wanted to transfer them to this new one that I’ve downloaded, but can’t open app to do so. Help!

Overall decent app with plenty of note taking features and customizable options. I absolutely love the variety of templates (best part of the entire app) and the overall structure of the app. It is easy to navigate without feeling overwhelming or complicated with to many buttons. How is this app not listed among the “top rated” ones like Flexcil and GoodNotes?! It works better than most of its competitors, has a slicker, easier UI, is faster, has more features, and has an actually functional free version that doesn’t constantly hound you to upgrade to “pro”. Would’ve switched due to the cool pdf Split View features. However the app is lacking when it comes to the Apple Pencil and UI. Maybe next update things will be better

You will not be able to have any form of autonomy over your notes unless you buy it. I can’t share MY notes or create any new ones, I was not even able to edit them! If you have homework you need to submit and no budget for random apps… just like every other student ever, this app is the worst combination! JUST downloaded the app as I have been trying to find an app to transfer my notes to as I like to customize all my stuff. I think i’d really like it but it’s very glitchy. if it weren’t constantly glitching i’d love it. i’ll wait to hopefully get an update to fix the glitching even though it looks like it was supposedly updated 6 days ago for glitching??

I’m looking to move away from Notability and came across this app. The UI is (mostly) great. Very native feeling and full of customization. I qualified the UI comment because I don’t understand how the locations work, and for some reason the tab bar is the one place the app isn’t native-feeling. Despite all the great parts, I cannot use this app because there is no option to vary the thickness of the pen, at least as far as I can tell. I use both the iPad and MacBook version. The choice of writing options, available templates, filing scheme, and the new AI assistant make this an incredible application. It is also a great value. I have 7 other note apps and have transitioned to NotesWriter Pro.

Who decided moving the icons across the top needed to be done. The eraser now located between drawing icons. For someone used to locations just creates an issue. This is not an improvement. Gets worse, pick a color to draw and it displays a different color than shown in icon. Where is highlighter option? Next will be one star. Looking for replacement app. Update on update, Brought back missing option , layout as it was! Thanks!

This app has helped me so much!!! It’s easy to download anything I need and i can highlight/write/annotate anywhere on the document. I highly recommend!

I am so mad! Multiple times this app has deleted what I wrote with no way to get it back via the undo button. I wish there was a way to restore to past versions.

I don’t mind paying for a good notes app. But I’m not spending money on one before I’ve had a chance to evaluate it. This free version is way too limited to get an idea of what the app can do.

The worst thing about this app is that it is not supports palm rejection.I prefer GoodNotes.

I have loved this app. Used it through college for note taking and some reading as well. Now the new version/update for the free version is ridiculous, basically forcing you to pay just to be able to use it. Will be looking for a new note taking app after years of using this.

Just downloaded and paid $5.99 for this app and when I want to add a text box to the pdf the whole app freezes! Now where is that refund button?

I used to use this for things that I would like to highlight and read for class. However, it’s now unable to read the text out loud. When you attempt to, it gives you coded text instead of the actual text. So it will read something like this for example “ 1 &41 05ĉ1>1:@ /;9<1:?-@5;: ?E?@19? 4-? 59<85” instead of giving you what it should state in proper English. Why aren’t there any simple and flexible notes apps like Apple’s native notes? I don’t need flashy folders but I do need the ability to make outlines. Too bad Apple notes crashes so I need something else but what I don’t need is a mystery of what “pro” provides. I don’t know why you can’t explain it on the app description page and I don’t understand why Apple doesn’t require it. Nope- I get to jump in, figure out the app and then Surprise! find out I need to shell out $$.
