I don’t understand the double payment reviews because I been with NTTV since 2023 and I never had this issue and I have lost my password plenty of times and was always able to get back into my account and get the password changed. I LOVE THE SHOWS! Just my cup of drama! Always got new shows dropping and it’s always at least 3-4 current shows up and running at a time so that means I always have multiple shows to look forward to EVERY Sunday! IMO, better and realer than Zeus. REAL RAW AND ENTERTAI

Bring back Picture in Picture I hate when I want to use my phone but I can’t watch and use my phone at the same time

Please Put Closed Captions on The Apps

It’s really fun and entertaining to watch but I can’t stand the echo noise when the girls/guys are talking in the confessionals and while being filmed. They need to be mic when filming but other than it’s fun to watch.

I would've got five but I just can't because this network is so slow at getting the shows out just like Zeus network they can't push shows out faster !!! I don't want to be paying no $5/$6 a month for one new show every Sunday and that's it 🤦🏽‍♀️please get you episodes together because all in all I enjoy your shows a lot !

Ever since the update I’m not able to watch the big lex slumber party reunion,or the south central baddies season 2 reunion ,the south central baddies season 3 auditions,baddies Las Vegas,etc it’s kind of ruining my now that’s tv experience

I love the shows on this app, but I wish the “continue watching” section was at the very top like other streaming services instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom. It took me days to even notice there was a “continue watching” section because I never scrolled to the bottom. Auto play (where the next episode automatically plays instead of me having to do it manually,) captions, and a “recommended for you” section would also be nice features to have.

The app was perfect before yall made “improvements” now we can’t use the apps full features! Why am I paying for this and can’t use it how I want it! We BEEN asking yall to fix the app and yet it still hasn’t happened! Loosing subscribers daily!

I’m new to the app and I was signed out of the app. 1 . I tried resetting my password multiple times and because I’m not receiving a confirmation to my email, I cannot reset my password through the app. Then I tried to go online to do it , the website won’t even load. This really just blew me cause I wasn’t even going to subscribe but as soon as I did I couldn’t even resign into the account. 2 . It never asked me for a password to begin with so now I’m even more confused.

Episodes are never on time

The editing is great. I love how they edit the shows but I do not like the comment section. I also don’t like the fact that I cannot find big lex baddie collection season 2. I always have to go to the search bar just to find a show… please do better.
