Nurx: Birth Control Delivered App Reviews

I do not typically leave reviews, but the experience I’ve had with Nurx feels so different from typical feminine health care. Their team is not only quick to respond any day, they provide straightforward and genuine assistance with anything that I need. Would recommend!!

The mental health team is great and fast to respond. The metabolic health team is a different story. They take 10+ days at times to respond, and that’s only once I message the account support team for them to ping the actual doctors

i needed emergency contraceptive and the doctor was able to prescribe it to me so quickly and efficiently. i was so worried this app wasn’t legit. i’m so thankful!

Recent updates have left me unable to respond to messages in the mobile app. Unable to select values in dropdowns, etc.

The app looks perfect, the response times are perfect, and the service/price is perfect. If ur unsure, definitely check this company out.

Love using this app, the doctors respond fast and the medicine does not take long to arrive. I also love that my birth control automatically re-orders being I am so forgetful

Update - I don’t like the application redesign. I never had any problems with the app before, it was clearly laid out and intuitive to use. Now it is has a number of glitches and it takes far too many steps to send a message. Not to mention it’s just visibly appealing like it once was. It looks dated now.
