But when it works, it works great. Certain mornings it doesnt work at all and just shows it’s loading. It’s extremely frustrating when you are trying to get your child ready for school and are worried they are going to miss the bus. Please fix the glitches.

The app is pretty clunky overall, but the main problem is that I have to log into i anew every single day. And it's not exactly a smooth and easy login process either. Please fix your login issues.

The bus company nor the school knows how to add a student. There is no direct app support, it redirects you to the doe site. Student is already in the myschools and mystudents account but not showing in the app. I have no way of getting actual APP support. Disappointing because when the drivers login and all students are listed, it works well!

If you want a vague understanding of where your child is as you watch a wobbly bus graphic slide around a map, this is your app!

I would love to have this be a useable resource this school year; and, unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to work correctly. I will gladly edit my rating if this becomes an accurate, reliable resource. Thank you in advance!
