Soi like that app but the time say 5 mins and it be saying 10 mins needs to work better

Multiple times using this app, it’ll show all of the surrounding stations and train times except for the station you’re located at. Fix this problem!

They explicitly advertise in the app that you pay $9 as a permanent fee, but then you get signed up for a subscription. Also the widgets will only show stations, not specific lines at a station, which is too busy. Nevertheless it’s the best I’ve seen for non-tourists

Didn’t realize this was the app I was supposed to be using. I think it’s better than the old transit app

Best app I’ve found for quick access to NYC subway arrival/departure times. It’s installed as a widget on my iphone home screen. But annoying that: (1) opening it goes straight to system-wide delays, which I’m not interested in; and (2) on the arrival time screen, it constantly lists the next train arriving *in any direction* on top. I only care about the train going inbound. But it moves the info constantly.

I’m a tourist, and loved the App for navigating around NYC. Love that it was easy to cancel after I was done using it.

This app is usually pretty good but every time it upgrades it seems to get worse. It’s not showing the bus information like it used to because it wants me to pay for a subscription. So now it only shows me 3 buses that I am not looking for.

I’ve used many transit apps and this one, by far, is the best! I highly recommend it for the accuracy and precision in getting me around NYC!

NYC transit is very helpful and reliable. Some apps require you to scan the sign at the bus stop, but not this one! All you have to do is select the stop you’re at, and the rest is simple. This deserves a five star review!

It's better, simple as that. Other apps should take notes.

This helps out a lot with getting to certain places and even knows when their will be a delay. I really appreciate it.

This is more reliable and more visually appealing than Google Maps or Citymapper

I recently downloaded this app to try to navigate through New York Citty easier. This app has been very helpful for me and I am happy I have it!!!

I have used this app successfully & absolutely loved the convenience BUT… suddenly the bus I use the most dies not come up as a choice. AND it advertises an app that’ll cost so much monthly. I’m a still working senior & depended on this so I can figure out a time frame. It was fantastic while it lasted!

After 12 if there is certain buses that is not running you need to put that expeditiously

Unfortunately, B38 andB52 buses do not arrive as scheduled. Perhaps MTA can implement a better live update for accuracy- if Uber and Lyft can manage it, so can you. Or why bother with posted schedules?

This app saved me so much time and money. I tried using the official MTA app but deleted after comparing the two. This one gives you multiple options and incorporates walking directions.

I don’t think I’m the only one experiencing this issue. Every time I try to plan for travel, it gives me everything but the fastest time and route and it makes no sense! Don’t get me started on the bus times…never accurate. There really is no point of this app with all the issues

Been using this app for about 2 years now. It’s been inaccurate I would say half the time with arrivals/departures of trains and buses. One second it tells you that a bus is coming in 3 min and then all of a sudden, it isn’t. It also doesn’t always show all alternative forms of transportation. For example, I plugged in an address, it only showed me bus routes when I know there’s also a train stop near the destination. Also, the “Quick” option also doesn’t always show all the quickest routes. You

Where are service alerts?? That's really important info, since the MTA is constantly shutting down lines and stations for various improvements. But I don't service alerts anywhere. Also why can't I turn off bus stops? I never take the bus so when I pull up the nearest stations, I want to see subway stations not bus stops. and lastly, showing the lines in colored squares instead of traditional circles is very weird visually.
