i’ve successfully entered my Covid vaxs & boosters but this new update isn’t allowing my Lifetime Empire Pass to scan?

When I scan the QR code I receive pass not found.

8 digits—no other app has a pin this long. And when you try and reset there’s error messages and you have to relink your records. The website then had errors retrieving the records…sheesh…making it so complicated and buggy discourages use. Does the city no longer wish to fund this project and they are shoving rule followers like me off the platform?

I just got my second booster but I see no way to updated my existing pass. Otherwise it’s great now that passes don’t expire. But now I need to update it… :/

I was able to add my old pass (before Plus was a thing) to my Apple Wallet. Super convenient. Now I’ve just gotten a Plus pass and I don’t see the Add to Wallet button anywhere. Pretty lame (unless I’m missing something?)

Hello, I like the App however, it doesn’t acknowledge my booster shot. I wonder if this will be resolved soon.

Pretty good app, but huge bummer that I cannot add Excelsior Pass Plus to apple wallet. Please add this feature!

Great app but need a booster shot option Great for going from state to state Great for Air travel Great from country to country Honestly if they get the booster shot opition I will write a new review with 5 stars

At first the app could not find my booster record, then after a few tries it did and displayed correctly, now they disappear and have to be reprocessed! I’ve got a screw shot of it but… this needs to be fixed.

All who complain must do something wrong It works as promised.

Update to my review of yesterday. Tried reloading Excelsior Pass Plus again today. Nov 18, 2021. Booster is now on it ! No problem.

Really pleased with the process. After downloading the app it took me less than 1 minute to enter my info and immediately a pass appeared in the app that I could transfer to my apple wallet for easy access.

The fact that Apple Wallet is not supported for Excelsior Pass Plus passes is inexplicable and disappointing. Other than that the app worked for me I guess.

I’m very happy to my pass, but there are issues with Apple OS15. Don’t know how to alert the developers or how to get a fix for this.

Adding the ability to add the Excelsior Pass Plus to Apple Wallet like the old pass would be great. Keep it all in one place instead of a separate app.

All I had to do was enter the basic info on the website to get the pass, then just scan the QR code to get it onto this app.

I tried to enter my booster information and I’m unable to.

Works pretty well as long s as you have entered your info correctly. But since my original pass expired, and was able to add it to my Wallet, I had to get the new pass plus. But there isn’t a way to add the new pass to my wallet. Why??

Follow the instructions and everything works perfectly.

Why is there an expiration date to this when there are no booster shots available yet?!?

Everything else works. Was able to retrieve my info and add to the app wallet. However, I would like to add to Apple wallet as seen in the preview.

I was vaccinated back in may and just found out about the app. I did my verification on the desktop first. Quick and over in under 5 minutes. Downloaded the app and scanned my pass to load it on to the app. The app does what its supposed to do.

Kid you not had issues with it the first time but once I got my PCR results then my vaccinations were there. Easy to use it’s literally simple.

I’m able to see all covid-19 test I have taken along with my vaccination. App serves its purpose.

Worked on first try. Includes all information needed. Great to have easy access to the info.

Super easy and quick to add my vaccination pass. The UI and UX was also intuitive, sleek, and modern.

I have had no problems with this app and neither has anyone I know personally…

The app works as expected. Just wondering why my Vaccination card doesn’t give an expiration date but the app does? There is nothing in the news about the vaccine expiring? The state does not give us enough information!

Make sure you download the NYS Excelsior Pass Wallet and Launch It before you create your NYS Excelsior Pass Plus and try to save it to your NYS Excelsior Pass Wallet!

Took me about 3 minutes to load, not including reading disclosures. I never give 5 stars unless I have used the app sufficiently but so far so good . I will update after use.

Excellent to have! Will need in New York soon as they “Require” proof at Restaurants and Movies and Gyms etc, which is COMING SOON!

No issues uploading but on my work cell I have a different vaccine expiration date than the date on my personal cell. Why????

Worked perfect. No issues at all. Then easily added to Apple wallet as well after setup on app.

Filled out my info and added the card to my Apple wallet. Very nice and super quick!

App Found my status on the second try.

Download the app and probably in less than 3 mins got my vaccination pass. Great job.

Didn’t have any of the poor experiences suffered by the bad reviews. Installed the app, registered online to get QR code and the pass appeared instantly, so does what it needs to

Enter the information as asked and my vaccination pass was generated. It’s active for a year! Perfect.

Signed up for the pass on website Scanned the QR code with the app. Done.

It was really easy to get your pass on the website. And even easier to download your pass to the app. If you’re vaccinated in NYS then this app is a no brainer.

Easiest thing yet provided by NYS. Fortunately I remembered you have to wait at least two weeks after last vaccine before creating. Some folks may have problems for not waiting. The website does not remind you to wait at least two weeks.

In truth once I got passed my own spell check and autocorrect it works fine. It will not find your pass until 15 days after your inoculation. It does what it is supposed to do.
