Had to go to the Emergency Room recently (I hate hospitals) and the people and level of care I received was nothing short of exceptional. This app consolidates all my information from my visit and follow care. All in one place, GREAT app.

Dr Solitar is a excellent Doctor who seems to really care about his patients. I highly recommend him to any person who wants to have a Doctor who cares.

Check in was prompt and Layla double checked my blood pressure when the machine had a high reading. Dr. Bungay thoroughly went through possible issues to monitor along with the basic checkups.

This area needs to align with the current updated pharmacy I go. I have updated my pharmacy in the correct area and when you go to the medication renewal area it continues to show previous pharmacy’s. This has delayed my renewal and I had to send message to doctor to send a new script and be sure to send to updated pharmacy.

The health staff are professionals and knowledgeable. The front desk services where patients are screened before seeing the medical staff have a lot to be desired. I had exceeded the number of visits I could have with my specialist, and was not permitted beyond front desk. Using the app is very helpful and easy to use , you’ll be able to schedule and cancel appointments at anytime within your choice.

I love the doctor and the people that work there. I would give 5 stars but I believe it takes too long to get a refill on prescriptions. Other than that they are a great office .

I was hospitalized two days ago and given an medicine that which is didn’t fully understand in my lucidity. The next day I was hospitalized again and the EMS guy with the goatee looked at my papers and knew exactly how to take care of me when I was seizing up. Managed to get out recovered that same morning. Very caring professional team. Some of the sweetest kindest staff I’ve dealt with. 10/10

Easy to use and navigate. Everything you need to link all your doctors and medical history!

Since starting with Dr. Z, I have really seen an improvement in my thyroid. She immediately saw that my medication was too strong and started me on a lower dose. I’m so pleased that I sent my daughter to see her as well, and she feels the same way. We are very fortunate to have such a good doctor.

The Staff is very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The Attending Doctors are on top of everything.

I was seen in the ER on Atlantic Avenue and Hick Street in Brooklyn. The doctors and nurses were very professional and helpful, but not only them the support staff as well.

Went there for the first time for my husband and all I can say is how professional and friendly everyone is. My husband does not like doctors or doctors offices at all but this place made him feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Iqbal was so nice and knowledgeable and went very slow with my husband and spent a lot of time with him to find out what his issues were. The app makes it so easy to find results and make appointments and contact doctor.

Everyone that I have met or spoke to has been great. Was not fully aware of my planning until I reviewed all notes and summaries. Great. Thanks to everyone.

The app is actually cool gives better updates than the people in the hospital

Ever since this App was created it has been so helpful to make appointments and it helps me to get reminders of upcoming appointments that I have.

I have been going to this office probably for a couple years now and every time I go there all the doctors all the physician assistants and all the girls at the front desk are awesome. They are very very thorough doctors they take their time. They’re caring their cool never had a bad time coming to this office. I will be keeping them as my MD.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Alla Iospa an NYU LANGOME Psychiatrist for several years. Her office is located at 28 East 44th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. As her patient Dr. Iospa has helped me overcome several issues. Her understanding and persistence in making sure we cover the most intricate details. She is truly an asset to her profession.

Dr Lau and staff were very helpful explained everything and were very patient as well And made me as comfortable as possible

My visit with Dr. Schwarcz and all of the support personnel from front desk to nurses etc. were excellent, professional and so well organized. It was an overall outstanding experience.

It’s frustrating that so few messages are saved. I’d like to have a complete record of every communication I’ve ever had, and messages older than [x] days get deleted. For example, I saw a specialist a few years ago that I can’t remember the name of. I ought to be able to look up the communications we had, but can’t. When sending messages to my primary doctor, text limitations apply. If I have a series of questions or concerns, I have to treat this as a glorified Twitter post. This isn’t
