It is so much fun to see the different styles of the artists and then to change it up a bit.

Yummy artsy fun!!!

I’m a Decoupage Artist & Photographer. Use many of my own photos in my art creations. This app allows me the freedom to ‘paint’ my photos like famous artists (even though I don’t paint) Absolutely love the Maxfield Parrish version. I photographed a rose at night, then used the app. Seriously cool results!

Grabbed a stock landscape photo I took up in the mountains near Denver and played with settings until it looked good. Really like the export settings. Now back to digging through years of pictures for that perfect painting. Years later I still love reimagining my pictures or screen grabs.

I use this app As one of my steps for my own picture designs. Excellent and does what I need the app to do.

A must have for Artist and Anyone who enjoys Art. Create unique awesome styles of photos ❤️

Oilist app is completely wonderful -if not unbelievable ! Results are immediately satisfying and possibilities endless. Intuitive; fun to operate; and one can order prints of several types, and the framing is a real deal.

It’s captivating just watching the app work. Seriously in love!!!

if you change setting you can get a really cool art effect. it you make the brush size smaller than the detail will be better. i will check out the video tutorial.

This is a great app for people who cannot paint! Thanks to Oilist I am an artist. I like the set filters and it's fun to play around with the different strokes to create the finished painting (which looks real)!

Having so much fun with this, it really changes how I look at things because I ask myself, “what will this look like as an oil painting?”. I can’t stop taking pictures and amazing friends as the canvas comes to life!

This is one of the absolute best apps for turning photos into art! There are so many styles and options that let you creative unique digital paintings. Fun to watch as you edit the endless parameters!

Love this app. Truly let’s you release the artist you always wanted to be. I can’t worth a darn but I can take great pictures and this app gives me the best of both worlds.

I love this app, though I feel like the original version was better - it allowed for more control, a wider range of results, etc. Is there any way to bring some of that functionality back?

Really fun but it eats up your battery.

Refreshingly new take on mobile photo filters. I feel like I get a unique output ever time I use it. Much more comparable to the actual art process in painting and drawing. Highly recommend.

I love this app but think it definitely needs a feature where you can see what each option does as it is very hard to test each one and takes a lot of time!

Love this app! I use it to enhance my photos in an artistic style. There are endless choices for settings that let you explore. Sometimes, I just use it as a game to see what will happen.
