Love Old Navy because they have petite online

I love old navy. But this app is not it. It constantly logs me out, freezes, doesn’t show product information, glitches etc. I expect better from such a good quality clothing company.

I been shopping old navy since my kids were in diapers. I only with that they would offer more options than style trends some people just want to buy what fits correctly. Not all high wasted or wide legs. Some of us have our own style and not everyone is tall or thin.

I love their clothes. Its always something you want.

This app drives me nuts sometimes. It crashes all the time and it’s actually stopped me from buying stuff because I can’t get into it before it just kicks me out. I love old navy but this app has so many bugs it’s not even funny.

I never thought about old navy when it came to jeans. Let me tell you… their jeans are amazing with so many different options. I love that they have stretch jeans at that! They are amazing!!

Sometimes I wish this app wasn’t as user friendly as it is because then I wouldn’t buy off of it so often! It is easily accessible, very user friendly and consistently updating so there are rarely any bugs or glitches! I love it!

Love the clothes . Makes it so easy to jump back and forth between Gap and Old Navy. All the promos.. huge fan. Probably a little too much.

Always finding trendy cute clothes

I have not been able to add anything to my cart for days. The blue arrow spins around and around. Updated the app, but still same problem. So much for back to school shopping! Also, agree with others that I have to login over and over. This app used to work great, loved using it. Now just frustrating.

No complaints, always works well. One suggestion would be to allow the order history to go back further, like a year.

When I’m using the app sometimes I will get distracted and open up a different app and within 5 minutes or less go back to the Old Navy app and I’m logged out. This has happened with even just answering a text on my phone and then opening the app back up. While it’s a small inconvenience it’s so annoying to constantly have to log back in. Other than that the app is fine. I do wish there was a feature for reviews where people could put their height, weight, and what size they bought like American

So easy and quick to use

Easy to use/shop in, just don’t like that if I switch out of the app for some reason, it needs me to log in and loses the spot where I was just previously browsing. Sometimes automatically goes to a log in page with face ID and sometimes requires me to type in my credentials. No other app has me randomly log in so many times and it’s pretty annoying.

Literally the only thing stopping me from giving this app 5 stars is the way it logs you out of your account every single time you close the app. Even without completely killing the app, you have to log back in. Otherwise it's good.

Old Navy has great gear and prices! The sales are awesome. Love, love, love!

This issue really needs to be addressed because I can’t use the app when it’s cycling through logging in and out.

If you’re a cardholder the app is not intuitive at all. Logging in two multiple areas is annoying. Browsing / buying experience is good. Selections and filters are great. Please work on the log in experience in all areas.

The app is always saying there’s a problem and needs to refresh. It’s every couple to a few minutes sometimes. It’s very frustrating

The app isn’t user friendly, it’s constantly logging me out of my account or saying “error”.

It is very hard for me to find cute clothes from here unless it’s something basic, I feel like the images on the app make the clothes look bad and the styling looks like an old person styled it. The thing is I got tights from here around 4 years ago and they just started to pill which is amazing considering how long I had them. I have mixed thoughts.

I downloaded this app about a year ago and it never loaded up even to the main screen. They recently updated it which finally let me in. Now it’s causing my phone to get SUPER hot and it’s the only app open. Stops right when I close it out. Not the stores fault so I will be sticking with the website, just wanted to give a heads up!
