10 Positive User Reviews for Olight

Love the app!

I really enjoy the app and everything that comes with it! I’ve never had any issues while using the app or with purchases through the app. I will continue using the app every day even if I’m not looking to purchase anything.

Auto plays videos and general slowness

I love olights. I have several and if I lost them I would immediately buy more. 3 stars because the app used to be a smooth and made it easy to see new products. Now when I click on a product the app is laggy and seems to automatically play a video on every new page. I will be uninstalling if the constant video playing is continued… not because I don’t like Olight, but because the app feels like an ad-wall now…

Love this app

Nice app and has no glitches

Better…

If anyone runs into the glitches or it’s not pairing or you get the message “user_session_loss”….. nothing worked except for deleting the app and reinstalling. Then it worked no prob. Hope that helps

Should be better

Lacks customization, no expert mode, needs the ability to design custom lighting parameters

5 Negative User Reviews for Olight

More of an advertisement than it is an app for your device.

Not a fan of the app.

Olight app Sphere Automation not working

The “Tap-to-Run” program works great, but I have not been able to get Automation work at all. I have 2 pairs of Spheres purchased at different times, 2 new Sphere C lights, and 1 replacement direct from Olight. All are updated. None work with automation. The app seems to be at fault.

Sphere

Olight spheres constantly lose connection and have to be deleted and re-added.

Beware, marketing app!

I appreciate the ability to control my lights, but not at the cost of a sales pitch first every time I open that app! Also I wish it had Siri integration.

Not sure anyone will read this

App being full of sales pitches is yucky. Also, it’s supposed to work with Alexa and it doesn’t. The light itself is super cool…. But being truly “smart”…. Not so much.
