Best app on App Store
Recent iOS updates require you to allow local traffic under settings > apps > Ombi. Otherwise you’ll need to purchase a domain.
I love the last update that now lets you easily add just the first or latest season! Thank you for the quality update! Much appreciated!
Same as title, this was working and recent update has broken my connection. Router management lives on https so that’s not an option
This app is a great addition to my set of tools to manage media. Only thing it’s missing seems to be the music requesting like we can do on the web version if lidarr is setup
Thank you for building this app, it really is a better experience than the mobile webpage. The one feature that I miss in the current app is the ability to search for music. Other than that it is already great!
Works okay. Kind of buggy for being a paid app.
An absolutely fantastic app for a fantastic service!
I have absolutely no complaints. If you run an Ombi server, or have access to one, this is the app for you.
Would be perfect if movies and shoes had direct links to IMDb.
Works great after some growing pains.
I love the updates! You have deff made it less confusing and more mobile/ user friendly
Great app! Not much else to say.
Wow, this new interface and usability now is excellent! Seriously good job with the latest improvements!
With this rev, tv search doesn’t seem to work for us.
Works as designed with the back end service. I purchased the app, but am unable to approve movies from mobile version, asking me to buy other services. A little unclear. Other than that, would recommend this for any plex user.
Needs a little polish in the UI/UX dept but it gets the job done.
The ability to request and approve requests for music would be nice.
Good app that does exactly what it needs to. Dev is very responsive and always available to help troubleshoot.
I love having music request on the website but are you going to add it to the mobile app?
I've been using this app for quite a while now. It has it's little glitches now and then, but overall very useful for managing requests and finding movies. I love the Ombi platform itself and recommend that to anyone looking.
11 Negative User Reviews for Ombi
Cons • Refuses to load certain portions of the app: Recently Requested, and Popular Movies • Needs several hard (full close) reloads before items populate • UX is a bit clunky (hard to navigate) and counter-productive: I am not provided the quality profiles I have on Radarr/Sonarr, I have to select from the predefined ones in the app ———— Pros • Connects to server as advertised • Gives decent recommendations that seem related to my library • Easy to add media (except the UX bullet point)
Deleted soon after installing. Ombi mobile webpage is much more responsive and usable, although formatting is done better on the app, it is unusable. Some elections become unclickable/unselectable after another selection has been made until you restart the app. After needing to restart the app multiple times due tot the above issue, it became obvious it’s not something I can use yet. I’ll give it a go again in a year or two, if I’m still using OMBI.
The webpage is cropped out by my iPhone screen to the point of uselessness and I can’t figure out how to login. It automatically enters a link but I have no idea what that’s for either or why it’s not working. I tried the website as well and every other page leads to an error or won’t load. Only the instructions page can be accessed and that doesn’t address any of the issues I’m having. I’d like my 3 bucks back please.
The app itself has been fine over the past few years. The new ‘request on behalf of’ feature being automatic for any admin account is just incredibly dumb. Should be a separate option.
Missing the ability to choose between a secondary (alternate) request server for movies. For when multiple request end points are available and segregated by something like resolution.
Looks like it has potential but I don’t see anywhere to actually request a movie or tv show. Only information about them.
Use to work just fine with my iOS. No longer will login after WEEKS of trying.
It’s been a year and no update to improve the performance or usability issues. The mobile app costs $ but the web is free.
Why do you even charge for such a trashy looking app? It looks like my 4 year old son used a drag and drop wysiwyg editor to build this. Rebuild it in flutter. I’ll pay double. So hard to navigate and just an eye sore.
Wanted to support dev but can’t even log in.
Does not search or update suggestions. The web interface seems to work better for me. Does not include combined, popular or trending. Will increase/decrease review if/when it gets better/stays broke.
