My connection was canceled to Rome terminal and the app never updated or gave options for rebooking another train.

Truthfully doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars. Refunds are nightmare as others have stated. Great in terms of booking travel even last minute HOWEVER it ALWAYS gets the track number WRONG. Always check the screens at whatever station you’re at!!! When the track number has been posted, you think the app would update it to the correct number.. it doesn’t. This alone is the most frustrating thing and it needs to be immediately fixed or don’t put a track number in the first place since it’s never cor

Why can’t I set 1st class and other settings as a default. Need to be able to sort by duration and save multiple routes Also I tried to buy tickets last night and it failed

Easy to use love it

Needs more filtering option as well as options to add big check bags like the ones that are 30kgs

Needs to have update for ewch ride and transfer.

Perfect for any trip! It has more options to choose from vs the other leading travel companies. I was able to get a train ticket from Cadiz to Camp Tarragona while the others had a limited schedule to none.

So glad to have downloaded this app while I was in Italy. Easy to use, reliable, accurate and saved so much time from having to stand in line for train tickets. This will be my go-to app when I am in Europe. Thank you Omio!

Would be so much better if you could save potential trips. Especially for estupor, you’re always moving from one place to the next and plans change need those capabilities!

The app works very well. Wish you could save favorites. It would be easier when you have to book multiple trips

If you are traveling through Europe on a budget this is a must.

This app could be much better. It could easier to navigate and go back and forth between trains and buses. It should also give the user the towns the transport goes through and the final destination.
