You have wonderful product and data recordings for 7, 14, 30 and 90 days averages as well as a table to display daily glucose readings in easy reading mode. Why not A1C table to show prior history we entered vs currently it allows one A1C data and when we enter new A1C results, history on A1C goes away showing only one A1C reading with date! Why not create another tab with display of past and current A1C results data we entered to allow us to see the progress and relate results! Please address

Charts could be better

This app is so helpful for people trying to keep on track with their carbs, good days and not so good ones. I’m so happy I have it!!!!!

I have had this monitor for 3 years and I like all the features it’s been easy to navigate and for the life of me I can’t wrap my head around WHY? Medicare stopped paying for the monitor! Please persuade them to reenstate the monitor! Thank you. C Fergy

Works ok but the strips error out way to often. They are costly as well. The lancer is not as consistent as my old one. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 sticks to get blood. And I’m set at #5.

I love my OneTouch. It lets me know what puts me over the top and when I’m doing well. Thankful I have it

Meter and app work well with apple phone

Need to display A1C also. That would be helpful. Thanks

This app is the only way I was able to show that my husband was having problems because I was able to make good notes. Keep in mind I have done the sam on paper

Best meter I ever had

The is an okay app, but it has an irritating bug that they’ve never fixed: syncing with your account can’t figure out what the actual most recent edit is, so I’m always having my local edits overwritten by the account’s version, which is wrong. Also, it would be nice to be able to override which meal we’re recording to, especially for lazy weekends.

Sometime I testing the number so 140 something right away at the second come out under 100

I am a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic and this has made life so much easier. Awesome app.

I have been using this tester for about 8 years and the results compared to my glucose test every 6 months, at Kaiser Hospital facility are all accurate.

It is a good app but it would be nice if you could look back further than a month. You also can’t enter the amount of insulin you took for food or a correction dose.

It is helpful and very useful.

I like the blood sugar monitor however it would be great if it was smaller. Also, when you change phones it would be great if the app take you through the steps and automatically update.

This product is really great, and mostly the app is too, but I’ve been finding that it’s a little glitchy and slow sometimes. Still love it though, and I like all the reports and analysis it does for your blood sugar readings

Great tool to help managed blood sugar. Easy to use

I record my blood sugar every day, mark it as before breakfast, Done but that doesn’t “Save” it. There is no Save option. I have to reopen it and mark it again as before breakfast and then can “Save” it. Why not have a “Save” option when I first enter my blood sugar.

I've been using this app for the past 18 months (since my diagnosis). It was absolutely amazing in the beginning. Lately? It's been extra glitchy and super slow. It barely syncs with my glucometer and never saves my selection for "before" or "after" meals. I am currently pregnant and have been instructed to increase checking my sugars from once a day to 4 times a day and the app is making it difficult to adjust.

One Touch ID aptly named. It makes it easy to stay on track of my blood sugar daily with one touch. It offers suggestions for even more ways to use it than the obvious. I highly recommend it for busy people like me.

Love the features.

I have recently started the use of OneTouch system and the app on my phone . What a wonderful tool for monitoring and documenting my blood glucose levels along with goals and health benefits. Very simple to set up and extremely easy to sync the app and monitor with Bluetooth . Very , very pleased with this system .

This would be a better app if it did a little more of the work. I would like to see the ability to mark readings as after, before meal, as they are taken using the meter. I do not have time to go to app and manually insert before meal, after meal, etc Why not include a timer into the app so I can set for next reading, ie after meal reading.

I just started using my new verio reflect meter and this app. I like it so far, but the app shows the wrong date and used that date for my first test. The app synched with the Health app on my iPhone and the correct date for the test is shown there.

I like the reminded and customizable meal clock.

Sometimes works as designed…

Very annoyed and not useful at all

I end up using 2-3 strips every other time I test

It’s a good app, for the most part. But every time you update your BGL reading with before/after meal, the app automatically changes it back! It’s been going on for a while now. I click on the apple to signify an after-meal reading and click “save,” and it reverts right back to before meal, forcing me to do it again! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS???? FIX THE TAG ISSUE ALREADY! Good lord!

Everything was great until recently. The app no longer updates each time I take a blood test. I’ve continuously re-synchronized the app and the One Touch Verio Reflect and each time it will sync. Then the next time I use it, it won’t sync. Very frustrating.
