honestly have had no issue with this app always worked very well

The app provided me the time the place the train everything I needed and it was right on time

I’ve always found this app to be accurate as to when my train will be at the station. It’s easy to use which is a plus.

The experience was awesome

I am new to Metra and wanted information for street to exit from Union station and for trains leaving from Union station. The Ticket checkers at Union Station were very rude and not answering questions. It was disappointing to travel by such an expensive trains and not seeing courteous staff.

Easy to see schedule of trains expected at my location and status

Easy ride in. Beautiful station.

Saves time. And using google for train times when you’re on the move can be time consuming.

Showed location and eta for each stop! Very helpful

This app is very helpful for me to use the METRA

Metra app shows the exact time

UI is a bit dated but it does what it needs to do. Reliable. I don’t leave home without it.

For example, the app said my train was delayed 10 and then the train came BEFORE the scheduled time.

Does not show when trains are delayed or cancelled

This app was pretty useful. Not the most accurate but pretty close and that is good enough. They recently updated the app and it’s terrible. Example, for whatever reason the are using the color yellow for some of the letter and info. You can’t see it at all, it’s completely washed out. Also, the app used to tell me what track the train will be on for stop. That is now gone and people are left to guess.

Have you seen your color scheme (northwest line). Can you please change station names color to something easier to read? I’m also constantly getting line status change notifications. How do I get to my favorites?

It doesn’t tell me if we are center boarding any more. But the app is unusable do to the color updates. The bright yellow on the mid-tone gray is unreadable. And the gray in general is just hard to look at

App could use more automation with location settings.
