Love the app, but private land is so out of date. How often to they update that kind of stuff. Bought my place over a year ago, and still has previous owners listed.

You guys need to fix the folder issue. I’ll have folders hidden, then reopen the app and all my stuff is showing up again and I have to go through all my files and hide them all again.

I have been using these maps for years and they are great.

I’ve been an avid outdoorsman for many years. Never been lost in the woods, until this season on an archery elk hunt. Wind direction on waypoints does not update!!!! You literally have to delete the wind and add it again for it to be right.

Really like the app and would give it a five star however in order to use the app and all the tools to the fullest you need elite and can only get those perks by buying the entire set up for all states. If they offered to give all elite perks for one specific state for a lower price I wouldn’t mind giving a five star!

The app is good, but why the increase in price? What did the developer improve to justify the price increase?

The primary reason I downloaded the app was to be able to drop a pin or l look up coordinates and have the app tell me what GMU it’s in as well as whether it’s private owned, BLM or National Forest Service. It doesn’t look like that is a feature, which is a substantial failure. Nevermind, figured it out, not completely worthless I guess, still not very intuitive, might update later, if I feel like it.

Love the app and its features, but I hate that it won’t rotate to landscape mode on my iPad. Doesn’t seem like that hard of a fix. If my flight planning software can do it, why can’t OnX?

There was a miscommunication involving a monthly payment. Unlike most companies not wanting to refund their customers, this company expedited the refund process. I had my funds returned within 24 hours. Great job!

OnX has everything I need that I’ll actually use when I’m scouting other states or my local area. It’s organized, clear and simple. I appreciate OnX Maps for making it easy!

Although the subscription can be pricy I can use this app beyond hunting, when I say that I mainly mean biking. The app has useful tools to make bike routes and to know where I can bike.

OnX customer support is second to none! I’ve been a customer for three years and recently had a technical issue. I called them, they answered the phone within a minute, spoke English, were very friendly, and helped me solve the issue within a few minutes. I will never go without this app.

I started using the app the first of January and soon learned how easy it was to use. Additionally, the video tutorial was very informative and helpful. Additionally, the support and assistance I have received is outstanding. Everyone I have had contact with was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I highly recommend this app.

OnX is great! Features, usability and support are awesome! HOWEVER, at the end of the day this is a mapping app….and the maps? Not good. Google Maps (not google earth) are years ahead. I’d happily pay another $5-10 a month to get google quality maps. I have to switch back and forth between google and onX to see updated land features with better details.

How many times do I need to pay to make the app work I forgot to renew and paid to start it again in order to use the features I have to pay again for the same price your app is turning into total garbage

I loved this app at first due to being able to have basic tools to use to mark spots to hunt and other notes. Now that you have to pay just for the basic functions this app isn’t worth it anymore. I just keep the app due to having spots marked from previous hunts. Wish this company was t money hungry. Good way to push people away.

The app is pretty good. Major problem though, even while “online” the wind direction and wind speed is incorrect. Wind speed always state 2-3 mph winds, when in fact it’s 10+ mph on several occasions. Wind direction states NE but the past few days it’s certainly coming from the SW. No tech support to contact, only FAQ’s. For the cost to run the app $35 a year, I’d expect some tech support if needed.
