Made it so much easier to plan for dates and my girl is loving it

Open Table is my “go to” app for restaurant reservations. It’s so easy to manage the reservation, modifying diners, time etc. No need to wait for the restaurant to open. If it’s not on Open Table I won’t be there!

I appreciate that I can make a reservation in the middle of the night or before restaurants open and put in my special requests. I love the peace of mind that comes with confirmation and reminders. Thank you! I love this app.

Food and customer service are unmatched here. Literally we go here every opportunity we have!

Always a great selection of restaurants and the booking process works perfectly. I’ve never had a problem with the app and in the unlikely event that I need to change or cancel a reservation I’ve always been satisfied with the service. This is an app I consider essential on my phone, especially when traveling.

I love this app. It makes it so easy inconvenient when booking at your favorite restaurant here in South Florida. Where gets so busy during season… Keep up the good work!!! Uhh

The app is easy to use. We love going to Clinkerdaggers and I was able to book a table after hours.

I have been using this app for a very long time and find it to be invaluable . For making reservations locally to while I am traveling. The rewards points are fantastic. Also, which most other reservation apps do not have. If you eat out a lot like I do, you will rack up the points quickly. like everything, nothing is perfect. The only downside that I have seen is that not all restaurants are on the app but I find that understandable

Open is the best app delivering the most consistent experience. I have used it across the country and it works all the time. Pre-covid I travel for business quite extensively and would use OpenTable to find places to take clients. Even if I was at a conference it’s a must have app.

If you swipe the pictures of the restaurant it never goes past 15 pictures consistently. This has been a problem for years. Why don’t they fix it?

I regret every time I go out that I don’t use this app. It is convenient and so easy.

Anytime I’m in a new town and don’t have a clue as to where to eat, I know I can get someplace great here.

I really don’t think I should need that much security to get a reservation. It took me twice as long to reserve as it would have to just call the restaurant directly. It’s LUNCH, not buying a car.

Love this app. It makes booking or setting reservations so easy!

It’s an enormous pain to change the number of people dining. It defaults to two, so changing to four is very problematical! It’s terrible.

I don’t use open table often or nearly enough. But when I do use it, I always find it super quick and easy no matter how long it’s been since I’ve logged in.

I use this app frequently and find is easy to use. Since for many restaurants this is the only way you can make reservations, other than call, that’s important. However, to get a 5 star rating from me they need to provide the cost of corkage…why bother to use the app, if you still have to call the restaurant to find out the corkage fee. Not as important, but it would also be helpful if they allowed pets, e.g. have pet friendly outside dining.

This is a great app I appreciate all the reminders and the ease in adjusting my reservation when I need to.

I have used similar apps and web sites in the past. All felt clunky and had their drawbacks. The team here has done this one right. Pick your place, pick your time, reserve. It has worked wonderfully.

Shout out to Mgr Ashley and server Bree!! What seemed to be headed in the wrong direction, with our reservation worked out for the best . I am really happy we have this place a second chance despite the bad reviews. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. I have never seen a more compassionate manger than Ashley , who cares about the customer as well as her employees. More resturants need to get in on this. Yes it is similar to yelp and other apps, but open table is easily the most streamlined. I can't tell you how many new resturants I have tried because of them and how easy it is to make a reservation.

The new point system is definitely a down grade.
