App Alerts Aren’t Working

I’m no longer receiving alerts for anything! I have to login to the app or the website to find out status. Disappointing.

Says the govt is open on a federal holiday

Today is a federal holiday (New Years Day Observed) and yet OPM Alert is telling me the government is Open with Maximum Telework Flexibilities. That makes no sense whatsoever. And of course there is no way to contact OPM to tell them they got it wrong. Even their website says the same thing and offers no way to contact them about OPM Alert.

Accurate status updates

The app provides up to date status updates as soon as it happens. Have had this app for three years and never any issues. Works great.

Good if you’re in DC

It was pretty useful when I lived in DC. But in typical fashion, they seem to have forgotten that our government has offices and employees in all states and territories and across the globe.
