I love this app. Makes simple work of checking on meds, ordering refills, and even adjusting the delivery times. Highly recommend this app.

The app is quick and simple

I tried to change my address in the app and couldn’t do it. I called and was told the correct address was in the system, just not showing in app. I was asked to stay on the line for survey. Waited a minute and they hung up on me.

It a nice app when it works. When an update comes out, it won’t let you on if you don’t update. So here you are at the doctors office and want tp check pricing. You can’t do it if you don’t update. And you can’t update without an internet connection. Usually it won’t update with WIFI. Then you have face recognition enabled so you don’t have to put in a password. Then when you want in sonetimes you can’t get in without passwod. Why have facial recognition if you never know if it will work. Things

I have been using the app for awhile now, but now it seems to be lagging. I deleted it and reinstalled it, still lagging and slow to load. My internet connection is fine. I really like the app, just hope it gets better.

This is very convenient

The app is very helpful and time saving, however sometimes meds are sent when I have not ordered or needed them.

I enjoy the email and text remind to refill upcoming prescriptions, and they allow time for shipping.

I tried to refill order and the app required credit card for a 0 amount order. It would not accept reentry of information. I had to call Optum to place order and found that same credit card they had on file. I tried to enter 5 times before calling the nice customer service rep. App makes reorder easier than calling be needs much improvement. Should show reorder date and more prescriptions info like my retail pharmacy app does.

The service is convenient and timely for those who take several meds - some in the morning & some in the evening. Additinally, Medicare with UHC provides the advantage of a 100-day supply instead of a 90-day supply at no extra cost by ordering from OptumRX rather than locally. This is a great benefit for the meds that are very expensive & put me in the donut hole half way through each year. Every 10 day supply extra means a lot. My issue with Optum is I have to watch each med very carefully o

The only concern I have is that I have to redo my password every time I try to login.!

I used to love this app however after recent updates I cannot find the information I need in the “drug pricing” option because my pharmacy no longer appears in the list of available pharmacies. It used to be the first one on the list. If I search the “find a pharmacy” option (which searches from my location) it finds my pharmacy which is identified with a red star and “my pharmacy“. So it is definitely in the OptumRx system. Please fix this so I can find the price of a drug at my pharmacy. Upda

In my opinion, no matter how good the services there’s always room for improvement

App will not update for use

The issues I have with OptumRx I have a specialty medication and it is not on the list with the regular medication's the other issue I have is multiple times it asked me for my security information why does this app need to ask me twice for my security information once should be good enough

App has been good. But now my “Order” section is not updating it shows order processing even though they have been delivered. Website shows items as delivered

I first got the app to avoid repeated trips to my local pharmacy, and that’s worked fine. Where I have problems is the inaccuracy and difficulty in looking up orders being worked on or in transit. If I had better transportation I would never use OptumRx again.
