I loveee the app but please bring back HD quality.

I LOVE this app and have been using/paying for it for years. The app recently updated, and the quality of the Photos significantly decline after being uploaded to snapchat. Please fix it!!

Now a lot of ads and too much updates ruining the app now with this new update, it stopped me from using my hidden album that’s so bad

I loved using the app but they took the hidden album away so there for I cant use my photos that are in it.

Why …. it keeps reducing my pictures and videos quality 🤦‍♀️

I’m a paying member. Stop having the app show a pop up asking me to add you on snap chat every time I open the app. On your next update you better remove this or I’m unsubscribing.

It was working fine untill the recent update fix the bug the quality and the color is not the same as the orginal images you need to fix it im waiting it's been days im not sending anything in snapchat still waiting for you to update it

Why do you have to update every other day-literally????

Every 5 seconds this app has an update and it’s annoying but it’s a great app

This app was amazing until the new update, whenever I would the try to upload anything to Snapchat the video would get cut off in preview. Please fix

ياليت ترجع خاصية التعديل ف الفيديو لانه ينقل الفيديو دايركت للسناب بدون اي edit .. وايضاً محتاجين فلتر السناب بالنسبه للصور وشكرًا

There’s no sound to any video I wanna upload I really like this app hope u can fix it fast it’s been days

Help me my apps don’t audio

i’ve been using the app for about a year and now when i use it for snap, it takes out the audio and i don’t have an option for the audio to come back

For some reason the audio is not working on the videos when you want to post or even edit on the app :(

The sound is taken away

App works like always… but now for some reason when I try to upload a video there’s no sound the audio is grayed out on Snapchat also videos are laggy… pictures still upload the same high quality just videos are having problems

Honestly I don’t know why the other reviews are complaining this is absolutely a very good working app no matter what version it is I think you’re completely out of your rap said minesLike honestly you think it’s really gonna kill you by watching a five second ad y’all folks are ridiculous appreciate the app but you have it:)

It was a good app until update made videos kinda blurry

The app is not gaining access to Snapchat. Deleted the app and downloaded again but still the same thing. Updated my Snapchat as well

When uploading a picture/video that fits Snapchat’s camera format, it no longer does it and it uploads it weird looking small.

Great app but I have a question. Is this app referred to as a third party app to Snapchat and can it cause me to get banned on Snapchat

I reinstalled snapchat and even then it does not work or show me the picture

the app does what it’s supposed to do (upload from photos) but you have a 50/50 chance of getting locked or banned from your account. i wouldn’t risk using it on a old account with lots of memories.

Awesome app tho but this days it keep loading and loading and not to show ❤️ Please can you help us fix it

Hey, the application was fine just before forcing us to update the app and now is crashed. The scenario is It’s opening the photo gallery but once pick the picture it’s shutdown and went out from the app, hope get the fix asap

App is great & has been working fine. Now when i pick a photo & then it goes to open snap it says “error please try again later” why is this happening so suddenly? Can’t use the app anymore

The app is great!! But there’s a problem every time I try to upload it, it won’t let me so would you mind checking what’s the problem I’d appreciate if you did!!! Keep up with the good work

This app works properly, but it comes off as sketchy.. while open, it runs in the background and it has access to all your photos without permission. So just be careful (?) I’m sure the app is safe.

The quality for videos are so blurry when I post to my story!!! Fix please

The app is really nice but it suddenly stopped linking with snap ... when I select pic and click on it to link into snap it does not go at all please what do I do?
