This is my third app of this developer and it seemed a little odd to do this one at first, but it works. As with the other ones they don't tell you exactly how fast you need to be, but they'll tell you to run slightly faster. It's absolutely awesome. I'm getting a great benefit out of this one.
Awesome easy to use app!
8 months ago I downloaded the 5K app as a non-runner. To quote Real Genius, I only ran “when chased.” After finishing that, I ran a 5K event, and then I decided to do the 10K app. After finishing that, I floundered for a couple weeks trying to increase my speed, so I downloaded this app. For all these apps, I love the guidance, and the slow steps taking me to a place where I can run farther faster.
This has given me an easy to follow framework for improving for 6 miles and I’ve really enjoyed it. Im running much faster than when I started! I’m training for a hilly race and have added a hill repeat to my week. I wish there was a “hills” day as part of the app that I could check off. Otherwise, love it.
I’ve used several Fitness 22 apps and like all of them. The plans are very sensible and I’ve never had an injury following them. They are easy to use and work properly every time. Not glitches or issues. Super impressed and recommend them to all my friends and fellow runners.
Use it all the time. Really great app. Had been experiencing weirdness but an iOS update sorted it out.
I love the runner apps...I never thought I'd be able to run for 10 min straight let alone an hour!!! They really help you gradually work up to the 10k and really shows someone that they can do anything. I recommend these apps to all my friends.
I love this app! Started with the 0 to 10k app and graduated last week. This app just simply works!
I started in January with the 5K runner, then did the 21k runner. Completed my first half marathon in October. Using the 10k runner now to build speed. These apps work and are easy to follow!
Just starting week 2 on the app, but really like the intervals. Would like to see prompts for "run a little faster" to be more specific, such as run (blank) faster than your last fast interval. That's probably more up tot the user though.
I started with the 5K app just to see if I could jog again after many years of being sedentary. Graduated to 10K in February and just started the 10K forever!! Looking forward to 21K soon!!
I wasn't quite ready to train for a 21k yet so I did this series instead. I really liked the workouts (although they do get pretty hard at the end) and felt they kept me in good shape while also challenging me.
I like this app and all of the apps ... I like that it helps keep me motivated
I'm really enjoying using this trainer. Music does the job for me.
Love this little app. Started with these guys with a 5k trainer. Quickly moved though that to their 10k trainer. Mastering the 10k with this pacer app and as soon as I'm done with this one I'm jumping to the 21k one.
I am def seeing an improvement in my pace. Very encouraging.
I have plateaued at the same mile/minute pace for nearly a year. After 4 weeks of this program, I've shaved 45 seconds off my mile/minute pace! Totally awesome!
These apps are amazing. I hated running in PE in high school and could barely make it halfway around the track. Now in my 40s I've done all these apps from the 5k to the half marathon one. They are fabulous!!
I learned to run 5K and 10K with the basic apps, but I became an enthusiast with the pacer app. It's fun to make every new run a goal to win, and getting improved PR's in fun runs is a bonus!
5k was awesome. 10K was more than I thought I'd do. Now I am running intervals here and pace is just naturally increasing without thinking about it.
I tried a few apps but this one has exactly what is needed to help me to reach my consistency goals!

This is my 4th app from fitness22. I started running less than a year ago. I went from couch to completing 2 half marathons in 7 months! This app is no different than the others--they know just how far to push before I quit.
I am a big fan of the C2 apps. I used it to get me to my first 5k and 10K races. Was happy with my times in my last 10K race, so using this to increase my speed before I move on to the half marathon. These apps work, just have to stick with it
Started with 10K Runner from 0 and now moving on to 10K Pacer!!! Buy them they work

I want to be clear: this app is mostly wonderful. The training programme works very well, and I am happy to pay to use it. I am on week six of eight, and feeling my pace increase is a joy. However, this is a two star review because the app does not always notify me that the segment has changed. It doesn’t drop the ball often. It misses about a couple notifications per week. But, at its heart this application is a glorified collection of timers. It is pretty frustrating that it only succeeds in
