I absolutely love this app! Very easy to use and the coupons help a lot.

I have been trying to open the app for the last few months and it just is stuck on the opening loading screen with the Pampers logo. It never goes to the login screen anymore so I am unable to access my rewards nor scan new diaper codes or enter wipes codes. I’ve checked and I have the latest version installed from last update on 12/19/2025. My iOS is updated. Please help as I want to redeem my points for rewards before 12/31/25 as I received an email about a promo that expires 12/31.

Can you change the typing reward code from the wipes? I would prefer a printed QRCode on the wipes because It’s so annoying the typing of those codes for only 5 cents!

I love how easy it is to use! The information is always right on cue for when I need it! I do wish it didn’t take 2 years to accumulate a decent amount to cash out my Rewards.

Who doesn’t like to save money

Fit calculator doesn’t load. As another person said, I even went to the trouble of deleting and redownloading the app to no avail.

The app always freezes when trying to calculate the diaper size.

So I have been using the app for an year and I like the update to finally use at target (it’s closer) my only issue is the calculate fit section doesn’t work

I like this app. However, for the past couple of months, the size calculator does not work. You click on it and it just loads forever but does not let me proceed past the “before we start” page. Would love if this was fixed! I found it to be very helpful when it was working.

I have used pampers exclusively since my oldest was in diapers. I loved how in a small (but never insignificant) way I could rewards for me and the kids using my pamper points. But for the past year the rewards have turned into just coupons for more diapers. 👎🏽 wait what?? The coupons are difficult to use especially since you have to use them in certain sizes and at certain stores which I don’t ever use. What happened to rewarding the caregivers who are the ones who choose the products they use

We love these diapers, a little pricier than others but definitely worth it. Way less leaks and pee outs than others. The app could use some work…a better way to scan or type in the diaper wipe codes. Let’s face it, I ain’t got the time with 3 young ones. And as much as you spend on diapers and wipes, the rewards could be so much better. After three kids in diapers, we really have only been able to reward ourselves with a couple packs of diapers.

Typing in wipes codes is a pain in the butt for busy parents. Also, all of a sudden you can’t get gift cards for scanning diapers and wipes?? Incredibly disappointing, guess they get you any way they can. Their diapers are the best though.

I use to love this app. My son developed an allergy from other diapers and we switched to pampers no problem. No question that we used pampers with our daughter on the side of caution. The past few weeks they’ve said they are updating their rewards… well when will they be back up? I can’t even get the coupons for the diapers? That should be standard. Very frustrating!

Pain in the butt to have to type in the codes on the wipes to get the rewards. Easy to scan the bar code on the diapers, why can’t they do it like that on the wipe packs?

The fact that pampers has a reward system is great! Not all companies have rewards system. It is easy to scan the codes (make sure to check all packaging before throwing away). However, the rewards could be more considering how much diapers are by themselves.

Think it’s great to get cash back even if it’s 5 cents. But for the individual wipe packets it’s kinda a hassle to type 15-16 letters & numbers bc you can scan it. Like i have a box of idk 12-15 wipe packets in the box. It would be nice to have one code or a thing to scan on the box so they all add up at once instead of doing every packet one at a time.

I am 49 years old and I raised all 3 of my children on the Pampers Brand. I have 2 grandchildren and I still prefer Pampers Brand. 😍😍😍

Another good thing I forgot to mention is every fifth diaper scan you get an extra $2 :) which is great’ and it goes by size so 1s are 10 cents, 2s are 20 cents all the way to 6 which is 60 along with the pull-ups

Pampers are the only brand we have found that don’t break my daughter out that I had in December!! Love love them!!

My son has very sensitive skin and eczema to top it off… we can only use pampers sensitive wipes and pampers swaddlers diapers. We have tried other brands that people have bought us, but they leave his skin with burn marks!! I love that with every purchase we can scan the code and earn points. I redeem my points for Amazon gift cards or pictures of my sweet boy!!

I have been using pampers since my baby was born! And I love the fact you get rewards scanning and typing in the codes on the pack of diapers or wipes , it has come in handy ! Love all the broad options of pampers!

Cashed rewards for a physical retail store DG to be exact- they refused the code and stated there was an error I attempted 2-3 different stores and nothing.

I appreciate that Pampers offers rewards for their products. It is very time consuming and tedious to type in the codes on the individual wipe packets. It seems silly that there isn’t a code inside a box of wipes or something to scan on the packaging. Also we have had issues with the app as well as redeeming the rewards with Amazon. It seemed to be an issue on Amazon’s end, but trying to get back our rewards money and troubleshoot the app with customer service has been a nightmare.

The coupons have not worked for me twice now. I got a $30 off to Target and the store manager told me that even though the Pampers app still gives them out, Target does not accept them. It was very disappointing as I had to put back the Easy Ups for my toddler.

This app used to be so worth it. Points could be used towards a variety of things, including gift cards for numerous stores. Now you can only purchase vouchers for Pamper’s products. So lame!

I constantly have issues with getting the app to load and open. I install updates as they come, but nothing helps. I’m currently on day two of still trying to open this app to scan some codes. Frustrating.

Just to scan rewards to get money off items when there’s already coupons and diaper sales not worth the app and scanning
