The soft ware sometimes works n sometimes doesn’t. I switched on the Aircon with this app, status on the app is on, but in actuality the Aircon is not switched on at all… Also have issues with google home.

Never crashes, always works. Never once over 3 years have I had to do anything weird to make it work, …such as force close, etc. The UI leaves much to be desired but if it’s the price of stability and reliability I’ll take it.

Please fix headers for iOS 18. Works reliably enough but pretty slow. Instant syncing would be a big improvement — as would HomeKit integration.

I have had the Panasonic XE mini split since August 2024 and have this smart app installed on my iphone. The Weekly Timer function on the app is off by exactly 3 hours. I'm on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and the app runs my mini split 3 hours in advance as if it's set on Eastern Daylight (EDT). Local times shows correctly on my iphone and my timer function on my wireless remote operates correctly. I would not recommend Panasonic Mini Splits at this time because of this problem with their app. Al

The recent update looks really nice. They have fixed all the login issues that the previous version. For that I am grateful. The new app looks a lot nicer than the old one, however it does not update the status of my air conditioners on the overview screen consistently. If one of my air conditioners is off and I tap on the tile to see detailed status for it, the app turns it on. Not always what you’re looking for.

The new app is awful. Looks terrible and now i can’t log in, can reset password.

Have 4 split units connected to the app. One unit always shows 86 while the others are correct. If I force quit the app, it’ll change and a different unit will show 86. Meanwhile whole house is 68. Something in the app is glitched.
