App works fine, but I’ve turned off promotional notifications and yet it still pops them up. I had to disable all notifications from this app at the system level.

App does not ask you to confirm payment card. I placed an order and meant to use a different card from previous time but order was placed when I expected an opportunity to review/add payment. Also, could not cancel order from within the app before reordering. Had to via email and web page.

I have tried numerous pizza places and nothing compares to Panera’s Flatbread pizzas. I am just so impressed. I’d love to see a veggie pizza next. I think that I’ve been totally spoiled, especially when my family is ordering pizza from anywhere else, and I’m requesting one from Panera instead. I can’t say any more than I just love it!!!
We love Panera, but here is a quick fix needed: As a customer, I always buy the breakfast sandwich feast (breakfast bundle for 4). When I select online and order the feast, the system does not allow me to select the combination of sandwiches I want (the app only lets me select one sandwich. When you go pick up, the restaurant has 4 different sandwiches ready). I want to be able to order 4 sandwiches that are the same (the one with avocado, egg, tomato and spinach), but I can’t

YOU NEED TO MAKE THE CURRENT ORDER VISIBLE OR ACCESSIBLE. Why can i only look up passed orders, not the current one. Since everything is behind the counter now how do i check my order is accurate if i cant pull it up? Especially if I order for multiple people. Love your food andthe convenience of the app but this simple feature would make a world of difference for customers and workers alike

I work right next to a Panera and am ready to capitalized the crab out of the coffee subscription.
This is the best food app I have ever used. The app is easy and intuitive to navigate, and saves favorites and recent orders. This make ordering easy when you have picky kids with lots of specialized tastes. We can order our food for a family of six in less than a minute, and it will be ready by the time we are at the store. It helps that they have good food in the first place, never been disappointed.
Please, bring back the thermos option to avoid wasting plastic lids and cups.
Home Screen widget stopped working and app says I need to sign in. I’ve signed in several times but nothing seems to work.
App works fine most of the time. Randomly logs out or forgets what day it is when applying the unlimited sip program. But now the default on app is no utensils. I’m all for cutting back on waste, but when putting in a rush order and forget to request utensils it’s a pain. I work in a hospital so now I’m still getting a plastic fork but at the expense of my employer vs Panera. Give me a quarter off if you aren’t giving me utensils. Or at least switch the default back to utensils included
Great app but cannot log in with Facebook most of the time. It shoots back an errror which causes me to use website to order anything and essentially negates the purpose of the app
Forced to use app since website doesn’t seem to function correctly must of time. Don’t wish to have more apps add feels forced. Can’t even place prefers on website most of time. Please allow customers to use website Best
Overall great app experience. However, about 50% of the time when ordering I run into issues with my order never being prepared or being lost.
