This is by far the most robust and easy to use list app. I love the cyclical nature of the check lists and number of lists I can create! I have found zero problems. Syncs beautifully between devices too. 💝💜😘

This app does not work or update anymore... all entries have just went into its own order, not mine.... this makes it useless

I love this app. I’ve tried others, fancier, feature-ier … for me, they are not worth the trouble. My goal is not to spend my time making a glossy list. My goal is to get stuff done and never to have to reinvent that wheel again. Smooth and easy.

I use it all the time. My only wish is that you could move multiple items at a time when sorting. But it’s a great app!

I can’t believe I never wrote or review prior to this. I’ve been using this app for years and it is so helpful grocery list vacation list reminders of things I’ve got to do specific days. There are so many things you can use this app for. I am really glad that I found it as I said years ago. Very useful and easy to use. I have multiple lists here that I had to when needed. I highly recommend it!

I have used this app for a few years. But now that I’ve developed some vision issues, it’s hard to read. I wondered if the pages could be expandable.

I have so many lists! Whether it’s my grocery list or keeping track of books I need to read next! Once you start, you realize how many things you need to track and the lists just grow. I don’t ever want to ever be without this!

The simplicity of the app is perfect so I don’t get distracted. I love that I can “uncheck all” and then super quickly go through a to do list. I struggle with ADHD and use this as an executive functioning support.

Thyy it a had as been my favorite list making app so far for several years. The only thing missing that I desperately need is a way to set reminders… still looking for an app that is set up the way paperless us but sends me a daily pop up or text reminder without opening the app

This is the most useful app I have on my phone. It keeps track of my life and thoughts. I could not live without this app!! Unfortunately, after 4 years it won’t let me add anything to my lists or make new lists!! I don’t know what to do. I’ve bought a journal to keep track of things but i really miss Paperless! I only deducted one star because it was really great for years!

This app has been keeping us on track for years. A glowing review is long overdue. I appreciate how it syncs across multiple devices, is very simple to use, intuitive, and has not yet gone to the dark side of being subscription-based like everything else on the planet.

This is my go-to app for simple lists, routines, and projects. It allows for task with no notes, errands, and projects that cover long periods of time. I appreciate the ability to create one list and reusing it again and again with out having to recreate it. And - the ability to copy and move entries from one list to another allows ke to create a TODAY list so I can focus on the priorities, tasks, and event today without additional clutter.

I wish it was set up to very quickly ruse checklists as I use several different lists multiple times per day.

This is one of the first apps I ever downloaded and I still use it years later. Very simple to use, nothing to distract from it’s purpose and it is visually appealing. The visuals are also effective in quickly distinguishing one list from another.

I wish there was a way to access one of my longest lists and not have to endlessly scroll through the list. An A-Z tool would be really helpful.

Best all time app, do not change it ever, can’t be made better

Life changing! I love the checklist feature, plus the fact that once you check off an item you can add it back later, which is SO helpful for repetitive things such as grocery lists.

I love, love, love this app. I have used it for years. I have lists for groceries (use it for this almost every day), birthday reminders, lists for trips items and on and on. Trust me. You need this app. Once you try it, you will wonder what you did without it.

Been using forever, nothing better out there, PLEASE don’t complicate it like others, it’s PERFECT.

Long-time user and NEVER a problem of any kind. Paperless has every feature I want in a list app, and no unnecessary stuff. I use it many times every day. Perfect.

Had this app for years and continue to love it. I just downloaded the latest version, and the built in line at the bottom of a list called “Completed”, when you check off an item, is missing. Can you fix this please? Thank you.

I have no use for Dropbox anymore but the lists appear to save to email? Not sure it’s the same but I sure wish it could sync to my iCloud. True that in retirement I use Paperless mostly for grocery and gift and wish lists, but when I was working I used it to list speaking notes for presentations and job interviews. How much more handy than stacks of paper, especially when your talking points are about technology. 👍 Still wish I could choose somewhere other than Dropbox for backup, like iClou

Simple to use. Perfect for keeping me organized.

If possible it would be super helpful to be able to pin repeat tasks and even lists to the top of lists while still being able to add new items to the top. Maybe even a way to colorize the different lists if so desired. Either way I’m still a user and will continue

I’ve been using this app for years and use it so often it’s on my home screen. I have a list for going to the grocery store, a list of things to grab out of the house in case of an emergency and I have to leave quickly, lists of just general things I need to get done on specific days. Heck I have a bunch of lists on here! This is a very useful and easy to use app.

Seriously a part of my every day life!! Easy to use and is my fav go-to list. I make new ones constantly. Keeps me organized and on track. Thank you soooo much for making this!!

I accidentally deleted this app and finally found it again. I’m in love with this app. There isn’t another app that compares to the ease of use and organization of this one!

I have been using this app for a few years now and I just love it. It really keeps your lists organized, cool icons and just everything you need to make lists.

It is a wonderful app I use every day, but it needs a Clear button to batch delete checked items

adding own icons would be nice

I love this app. I’ve had it for years. It does just what I need it to. Me LIFE is in this app. The little icons make all the difference. I’ve tried converting to other tools but I keep coming back to the simplicity and ease of use of Paperless. Easy to reorder whole lists or individual items on a list. And look - I just LIKE the little icons. ikiru is NOT the same.

I’ve been using this app for years and still love it. I’ve tried numerous other apps, including the developer’s other list app, and keep coming back to Paperless. I use this app to manage my household responsibilities as well as work tasks seamlessly. It’s the only app I’ve ever paid for and I have no regrets.

I use this app all the time. However, I wish you would add an alarm feature. I use it as a reminder of things I need to do. It would be helpful if I could add a reminder to pop up that I can select. I know my calendar does that already but a backup would be Great!

I have used this app for years. Easy to use and to share/ send to others. Now that I’m using my iWatch more, would be great to have the app available to check off or refer to on my watch.

This app is so user friendly and fun to use. I use it constantly every day. Love that you can go back to your grocery list and uncheck items to return to the list. It helps you keep track of what you bought last time and what you need. I honestly don’t know what I would do without this app!
